I plan to travel from 13 Feb - 15Feb 2015. What if the weather at that time is bad (still heavy snow) and your tour cannot run, what is your refund policy?

Usually, if we decide to cancel the tour due to the bad weather, customers can choose to reschedule the tour with another date, or have the full refund.

Ques 1. We are staying in Anaheim Camelot Inn & Suites on 1520 South Harbour Boulevard, Anaheim, can we have our pick up on 19 June 2015 at the hotel or do we have to make our own way to Days Inn (Buena Park)at 7121 Beach Blvd for your bus to pick us up.
Ques 2. How far is your hotel back to Union Square San Francisco as we do not wish to continue on the Yosemite trip back to LA? We are aware no refund will be given for the last leg. We leave the tour on 3day day morning to return to downtown SFrancisco.

Regretfully we cannot pickup from your hotel from Anaheim. You need to arrange your own transportation to our pickup location on time to join this tour. The closer pickup location for you will be at 6:45am Crowne Plaza Hotel, Fullerton, 1500 S. Raymond Ave. Fullerton CA 92831. It is around 10 minutes driving distance from your hotel and also depending on traffic, weather condition on that day. We arrange a pickup for you out of the Days Inn (Buena Park) if you are a hotel guest there.
The tour hotel in San Francisco will be announced by tour guide when you are on the tour. Usually the tour hotel will be located about 45 minutes to 1 hour from downtown San Fracisco.
Please also note that the two nights hotels may be in different locations.

Due to the high season,I need to book airplane ticket before the tour,it may be fully booked .(ticket not refund) Pls. check tour code 2-5992 on 27th Dec 2014. Could you make tour code2-5992 that date? If it's not much passenger? My group have 4 persons.
And this tour start from SFO airport . Do I meet guide only terminal 2? I'm afraid exit terminal 1.

Currently tour 2-5992 is available to book. Usually we will need 1 or 2 business days to process your booking before we can formally confirm your space on the tour. We advise you book the tour as soon as you are decided on your dates, and wait for your tour reservation's confirmation before arranging any airfare in line with the tour package.
Regretfully we will not be able to pick you up at terminal 1, please meet the tour guide at the Information Center of Terminal 2 in SFO.

In fact I'm not quite sure the stay in West Grand Canyon will be affected if there is snowy weather. If this is the case, is it going to refund or change to other tour?

We still have seats available for the tour's departure on 11/29. Options for a change or a refund will be offered in the very rare case that a departure is canceled due to weather. Place your reservation in soon to secure your space on the tour's November 29th departure.

Hello, I am very interested in booking this day tour to Niagara from NYC for myself and my husband and 2 children (ages 9 and 12). We are traveling from Australia and we only have 6 days in NYC, so not a lot of options to re-schedule if trip has to be cancelled, so I would like to be sure that we could get a refund if this occurred.
Also, what type of aircraft/which company operates the flight?

If this tour were to be cancelled, it would be due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions. If this should occur, we will fully refund you.

Hi, I would like to take "3-Day Yosemite National Park Tour (Overnight Inside/Outside The Park)" with "Park lodge - inside the park" upgrade from Aug 16 - Aug 18. I would like to know whether this selected lodging option is available for this particular period? If not and I dont want other alternative lodging option, can I get full refund?
second question, if I stay in SFO airport area, can you arrange to pick up or there is addtional charge?

Please keep in mind, the accommodation selection is subject to availability at the time we receive your booking.
Should this lodging option not be available, we will update you accordingly and then you can decide to proceed with your booking or not.
Currently, direct SFO airport pick-up is not available, however you may obtain complimentary pick-up and drop-off. (Please remark your hotel location in the comments column when booking)

Hi, we are probably going to book and pay for our adult family of 7. Before I do this.. What happens if the weather prohibits travel on the day we choose in December? We're travelling from Australia so will have limited time and won't be able to change the date. Are refunds given if the day is cancelled?
