Q: We (4 of us) are looking to do your 1 day tour on December 28 2013. If the weather conditions are extreme preventing the required flights on that day will we get a full refund as its unlikely we could reschedule due to limited time? Your advice would be appreciated. Thanks Peter R

Yes, there is a fuel charge which is already included in the online booking price.
The tour reservation price will include:

We confirm your tour once a reservation has been made.In order to guarantee the departure date, there has to be sufficient travelers on your specific travel date.
This tour is still available for departure on July 4th, as we are still accepting reservations for this date.

The tours offer limited departure dates per year, and have historically all departed as scheduled. In the case that the tour is canceled by the tour operator for whatever reason you will immediately be notified with a rescheduling or refund option made available.
The full amount is pre payable to allow us to hold seats for a reservation for this tour.

We do not take deposits but you can pay any amount to secure your interest in this tour.
Once payment is received our Cancellation and refund policy goes into effect immediately.

2) This tour does not offer airport transfers.
You would need to find your own transportation from the drop-off location to the airport.
The drop-off locations are the same as the pick-up locations offered out of San Francisco and the general surrounding area.
4) There is no child price for this tour.
As long as there are two passengers traveling in the same room, the price per passenger (regardless of age) is of $288.

Unfortunately, we cannot separate the hotel accommodations from the tour package price.The hotel accommodations are made as group bookings, and we can offer you a low price on the tour because of the discounts we receive for making a group booking.
The price of the tour only includes the bus transportation and hotel accommodations.
