Unfortunately at this time we do not provide services for our customers that will allow them to make payments with a payment plan.

All tour reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking in order to process the reservation.

Hi! We would like to book this tour program for 4 persons during Jan 10th 2013. However, we need to apply for visa so it is necessary for us to show up my reservation tour and also the flight ticket to the embassy. For the reason, is that possible to make a deposit tour? The deposit slip is also required for applying visa. Does it cost us anything to change our air itinerary? If the traveling program is cancellation, you can have the deposits with non-refund. Thank you.

We confirm your tour for departure in approximately 2 business days, or until we finalize all of the details of your reservation.

If customers are diligent in responding to their e-mails for information needed or requested, the reservation process is more streamlined, which allows for faster confirmation.

If there are insufficient customers for the tour to depart at the time of booking, we will put the status of your reservation as "subject to re-confirmation" until more passengers sign-up for the tour.

We would be able to confirm your tour before you leave Australia if there are sufficient people for the tour to depart on your travel dates.

If we cancel the tour, the money is refunded within seven days from the time the refund was processed.

When making a reservation, please leave your most accessible contact information to be able to notify you of changes or updates to your reservation if necessary.

We strongly urge you to purchase travel insurance/ trip protection with your reservation to ensure you get protection against cancellations due to servere weather.

1.Some refund is ok if we cancel one day earlier (coz we, 3persons have possibility of offload from our flight) 2. Please I would like to make sure that it is one day trip with Canada & US sides (we are taking from NY) 3. Is it possible to use restroom if there is toilet inside of coach? 4. Pick up and Drop point is going to be arranged if we make a researvation? **5.What are included such as entry fee for national park?Are there any extra fee we have to pay more???

1. Cancellations made 7 days prior to the departure date are subject to 100% cancellation fee, which would mean you would receive no refund.

2. The tour you have selected does visit both the Canadian and American sides of Niagara Falls in one day, if time permits. 

Please note: There are 2 segments for this tour. The 1st segment goes on tours on the US side. The 2nd segment goes on tours on the Canadian side. Each Segment takes about 4-5 hours to run. You may take both segments in one day if there is enough time, however; if there is too much traffic on that day, you will have to take each segment on different days. (Especially Holidays).

3. The tour coach does not offer a restroom; however, the tour guide will make stops for the customers to go to the restroom.

4. If you are staying at a hotel local to the Niagara Falls, NY area, we can arrange pick-up directly from your hotel.

If you do not have a hotel reservation in the Niagara Falls region, you can meet the tour in Howard Johnson's 454 main street, niagara falls ny 14301.

Your pick-up location will be your same drop-off location.

5. Please refer to the following for what is included/excluded in the package:

If you did not send me the email of the confirmation you return my money , right? And if finally my friend is coming can we change the reservation?out of charges?Thanks for your attention. Yes, if your tour is not able to be confirmed, we will issue a full refund for your tour.

Yes, you can add one person to your reservation, as long as there are seats on tour.

If she wont work we will go on time but If we cant manage it, can u refund it? or book the hotel in washington DC with my money which is paid for tour($156.56) insted of whole tour?
