When I booked this tour and get confirmation, then I booked the flight myself. Is it possible that the tour may get cancelled, then I cannot get refund for my flight ticket?

If you book your flights before your tour is confirmed, you might not have a tour.

Please always book your flights after you receive the confirmation for your tour. We will send you the official confirmation letter and we will let you know when you would need to book your flight and submit your flight information.

Thanks Jamie, am I right to say the tour will depart even if is just a few tour members? If we are to make a reservation now, is the lump sum deducted from the credit card or we just pay a deposit? We have to wait for the reservation confirmation before we book for our flight, right? Understand if flight cannot be secured, full refund will be given. Thanks Chloe

This tour will depart as scheduled for the operating dates scheduled.

Full payment is required upon booking for confirmation.

Your purchase will initiate a reservation process. We will confirm with you via email within one to two business days. The cancellation fee will take into effect once you submit your reservation. If your purchase (tour only) can not be confirmed by Tours4Fun for any reason, we will fully refund your purchase without any additional charges. We recommend each customer to fully evaluate the cancellation policy and also consider purchasing a Travel Insurance policy. Please review our Travel Insurance Packages.

If you cannot secure a flight and request to cancel the tour, your reservation will be subject to the Cancellation Fees listed.

Please book your flights after you have confirmed tours and hotels booked for you. At this moment, July 13th is not available. The available times are July 6th and July 20th for this tour.

But I'm inclince to book the on that goes to the Canada side too and not interested in the US side only at all. May I know what is the min no. and by which date will you all inform us if the tour will be happening or not? 1 or 2 weeks b4 the tour? How will you be refunding us if the tour is not happening?

There is a minimum number of passengers required for the Canada tour to depart. We will do our best to let you know if there is not enough passengers for the tour. Generally we will have enough passengers during the heavier summer season. For US side tours, we almost always have enough participants. So, if possible, we suggest you take a US side tour.

If the reservation is not available, we will refund you the tour in full.

 No refund shall be given should customers fail to appear on the day of departure as all hotel and tour schedules are arranged ahead of time.
Purchasing Travel Insurance is a reliable way to recover your tour expenses in the event of cancellation or interruption of your tour (i.e. medical emergencies, Visa applications, weather restrictions, flight cancellations, or other personal reasons.)

Hi, Only a couple is travelling. So am I eligible for any discounts and if yes then what. No 3rd person is travelling with us. Moreover i m talking about letter only after purchasing the tour. But after purchasing tour and getting letter and ater that if i apply for visa and visas are not granted then what is the refund policy of yours and please email me your complete itenary along with pick up and drop points and all hotels, places, incursions and excursions, food facilities, etc.

Hi, What is there in buy 2 get 1 free promotion. Moreover what could the food bill cost could run for a couple. Moreover you would have to provide us with a letter before or after booking for visa purpose. Which we could give to embassy for visa purposes. Morover what would if we would not be granted visas, then the amount be refunded and is there any kind of Indian tour or tour which would compromise more Indian people in dates we are travelling around.

The buy 2 get 1 free promotion mean if you have 3 people traveling, the hotel accommodation and the bus transportation for the third period is covered.  Unfortunately we cannot provide any letters or documentations for you before purchasing the tour.  Once the tour is confirmed, any cancellation will subject to our cancellation and refund policy.  Currently we do not have an Indian tour however we do have a great amount of Indian guests booking with our bus tours.

If you were to book a tour of 6 people under current promotion, buy 2 get 1 free, and one person could not make it there is no refund to give. Please be aware that 2 people are going for free so there would be no refund if someone in your group decided not to go.

To answer your 2nd question, yes you can replace one person for another but you would have to let us know well before the departure date of your tour and there will be a $30 amendment fee if you change a guest after the tour have been confirmed.

Please remember the following policy for the buy 2 get 1 free and buy 2 get 2 free offer.

*** Offers are provided and confirmed only on an availability basis. Once confirmed, the reservation cannot be changed or removed without a Cancellation Fee. If cancellation of free-fare passenger(s) is made at least 7 days before tour departure date, the reservation will be subject to a $30 Amendment Fee plus the amount for the paid participating travelers.

***Cancellations of the Free Passenger(s) within 7 days of tour departure and No-shows on the tour departure date will be assessed a $405 penalty fee per passenger, that will be paid in cash by the other participating travelers of the reservation.
