Hi. In case the tour is cancelled due to bad weather by you; how do we get the refund?
Hope you have english speaking guides too. As many reviews we read mentions that you have mainly chinese speaking guides. Pls confirm...
Should the tour is cancelled on our side, first of all we will update that information with you and recommend other available similar tours. However, if you confirm that you will have to give up the reservation, we will make the refund immediately by check, by Paypal or by credit card, which is simply on your choice.
You are ensured that we offer English service during the trip, yet sometimes we also offer Chinese service if need be.

I'd like to reserve now the 3-day-tour to Niagara/Washington/Philadelphia/NYC from NYC deptng. Jul.04,2011 for 1 adult and 3 children if I book now and we have to change the date later on how soon in advance can we make the change and in case we need to cancel how far in advance do we qualify for full refund.
If you change the date after got our confirmation letter, you are subject to pay $30.00 amendment fee. And you have to inform us about the change at least 7 days before the departure.
I am looking at a tour departing on the 2nd of July next year. As you cannot guarantee departure, can you please tell me how long it would take for funds to be refunded if a tour is cancelled? What are the chances of a tour being cancelled at that time of the year?
Hi Tina: According to many years of operation, the chance for the tours to be cancelled is very rare. We will issue a refund in 3-7 busniess days if tour should be cancelled for any reason

Hi, I note that on the terms and conditions it says :"Your purchase does not guarantee confirmation. Your purchase will initiate a reservation process. We will confirm with you via email within one to two business days."
Given the purchase initiates a reservation process, if the tour is booked out, how quickly do we recieve our money back and how is this return payment made? Do we get the full amount back?
When it says "Prices may vary due to availability. We reserve the right to make price adjustment without prior notice" - so is the amount deducted from the credit details we provide without notice? once we have paid and purchased the tour package, are the prices still subject to change?
I understand that if there are unforeseen circumstances tours may be cancelled, are we refunded in full? are there often other tour options offered to us?
How much notice do we receive if there are any cancellations, noting that some/many tourist will be come from other parts of the world and across the other side of the world, notice of any cancellation is important.
Also confirming that the amount due is in USD?

If your reservation cannot be confirmed by us for any reason, we will first recommend other tours with similar itinerary and same or similar departure dates. If nothing works our, then we will issue a full refund at the end of that business day. The refund can be issued to you per your request, the fastest way would be releasing the amount back to your credit card if you used credit card as your payment method, it usually will take the card company 3-5 business days for them to reflect the amount back to your card. "We reserve the right to make price adjustment without prior notice" does not mean we will charge your card with additional amount without notifying you first, if the amount increase after you have already booked the tour from our website (this should only happen if airfare is involved in your order, or there are extreme hotel room rate change) we will first notify you, and ask for your authorization before we will proceed with your order. That statement above simply means that the tour prices would change depending on seasonality and availability, and the tour price might be different in June than when you checked the price back in March.

Hi! I ll be in Miami from 09/13 to 09/17, and I want to take Key West with Snorkeling Adventure Tour. I want to take a tour on Wednesday, 09/15/10 from Cheaterfield Hotel,South Beach,, But I heard its gonner be rainning. Do u think such weather good for snorkling, is your tour operate in such weather?
If I buy tour and weather is gonner be bad, will u refund ticket or change the date?

If you are worried the weather might affect your travel plans, please buy travel insurance to cover any costs.
If you show up for your scheduled tour and a storm makes the snorkel not possible, we would of course reschedule the tour for you. If it is raining, and you do not want to snorkel during the rain, we would also allow you to reschedule.
However, in all cases, you need to show up for the tour so we can see if we are able to make optional arrangements for you.
We will try to reschedule if there is inclement weather on the day of the tour. If we are unable to reschedule, we will provide a full refund. Payment is refundable if we need to cancel due to inclement weather and we are unable to reschedule. All other payments are non-refundable.
The information I received regarding the 4 tours referred to them as "Optional Not Mandatory" so therefore if we choose not to go on one of the tours we should not have to go..is this not correct....and in a bad weather situation as we are expecting a hurricane to hit NC this weekend and the airport is closed "would I receive a refund?? thanks ....hopefully this will not happen
It is not mandatory fee including in the tour fee we offer, but will need to pay on the date of the tour as cash form of payment to the tour guide, it is clearly indicated in the pricing section on the website, unfortunately we are unable to waive this fee. You will receive refund from travel insurance company through purchasing travel insurance but not through us.

I asked a question yesterday but you must not have understood what I was asking so I will re-phrase my question...in my area we are expecting a hurricane this weekend...if I am unable to fly out what happens ......do I receive a refund or could I reshedule for a later date???also I do not wish to go to the crazy horse trip therefore, I should not have to pay the $40.00. I wish to look around in the shops because last yr I did go to the crazy horse part....please answer my question as I am anxious to hear....thanks.
Once the tour if confirm the cancellation policy applies, this is which we strongly recommend all guests purchase travel insurance. The Crazy Horse is one of the four mandatory tours if you do not wish to join this part, you can have the option to talk with our tour escort on the day for partial payment only for the tour. If you are unable to make the flight due to airport closure because of weather what is your policy on a refund or change in the itenarary? also if you do not want to go on the crazy horse tour is it ok to just visit the gift shops?? If this happens at the pick up airport we would cancel this tour all together, as in all the other guests, and the tour guide will not be able to make the tour also. But if you are worried about this happening where you are boarding the plane, we would recommend you to purchase the travel insurance.
