In the pricing tab it is mentioned that "Your reservation is always subject to confirmation by email, normally within one to two business days." does this mean reservation doesn't get confirmed always? In case of booking not getting confirmed what is the return policy? I expect full amount will be refunded.

The reservation process takes about 1-2 business days.

If we fail to confirm your tour, we will reissue the refund at no penalty.

We would like to book the tour of Sep. 15th, 2012. I would like to know if I would like to book this tour, do i need to pay for the full amount of this tour fee? Or I can just pay the 10% deposite of this tour fee? If this tour was not sure to go after I paid, should you refund the payment ?

Our Yellowstone tours will depart as scheduled.

Yes, if our tour cancelled on our end for any reason, we would provide a full refund.

You must pay for the entire reservation cost of the tour when making your booking online.

We ( four adults plus one child) have booked 8 day east coast tour which starts on 29 th June. 1. If two of us alone can join the tour now and other 2 persons plus child can cancel the tickets and what is the amount of refund we get back. 2. Is there any facility with you --a kind of travel insurance, where we can get back our booking amount, if circcumstances force us not to join the tour. 3. Whether we can avail the tour facility after 2 0r 3 months if two us not able to join the tour now. Is there any minimum days of notice to be communicated to you.

Hi. I'm planning to take this tour next 28th of May 2012 but I'll be traveling alone. As I can see I can ask for your help to find a room mate to share the room and tour price. And if you find someone, you would change for the lower price. But, by making the reservation with credit card for the full initial amount USD 780 aprox to USD 538, how and when do you refund that money?? On the other hand, I'll be already in SF so would like to know in which hotel could I join the tour??? and finally I'll like to take a bus from LA to SF in the last day. Do I have to book it separately?? looking forward for your reply. Thanks!

We do not pair our customers for our tours.

We suggest you find a travel companion before booking the tour online, as refunding the cost later is much harder.

For refunds:

The travel companion will have to make their half of the payment, usually by Paypal or some other payment option.

Once we receive their payment, we will refund half of your payment.

If you are already in San Francisco, please review the pickup times and locations:

Citigarden Hotel or Best Western Grosvenor at 8:50am for the city tour or go to 391 Sutter Street Suite #504 San Francisco, CA 94108 at 10am.

Yes, you will have to book the shuttle separately from the tour, as it is not included.

Nothing mentioned about BC ferry fare to Victoria & admission to Buchart Garden. Are these included? Do we get a refund should the Sulphur Mt gondola doesn't run because of bad weather?

The BC Ferry fare to Victoria is included . Admission to Buchart Garden is included as well .
This tour is an inclusive tour ,since admission to Sulphur Mt gondola is already included we cannot do refunds if the attraction is not in service due to bad weather.

If you opt out of any of the days on tour, there will be no discount for the days you miss of the tour.

Breakfast is not included in any of the hotels including the hotel upgrades in Los Angeles. The total amount includes 7 nights hotel accomodations, professional tour coach bus, professional tour guide , and complimentary SFO airport pick-up (8:00am-10:00pm) and LAX drop-off. Refunds will be considered for theme park cancellations due to severe weather.
