i would like to take this tour on a wednesday. but what happens if the date changes due to a less number of passengers? Do you refund or do i have to change my date?when will i be sure that there will be enough or not visitors for this tour?

1. Does this package include an air flight from BOS to New York on the last day, day7?
2. What if I arrive at LGA at 4.15PM on the first day, can I join the NY night tour? (which would be an optional at 8PM)
3. If I choose to depart from BOS on the end of the tour, which saves one flight ticket from BOS to NY. Do I get any refund or discount in case I make a reservation for this package?

Air ticket is not included in the tour package. We use ground transportation only. Thus no refund if customer would choose to end at BOS airport.
Yes, guests who arrive the hotel before 8:00pm can take the optional night tour.

I am interested in joining this Mexico tour from LA. However, I am concerned that there may be hurricane in July. If weather is really bad, what will you do? If I do not have enough time to finish the tour and need to drop Universal Studio on the last day, can you refund some money?

Hi,
I cannot seem to book through your online form for the 25th or 28th January simply because the dates have been taken off. Please refer to the table marked as 'operating'.
Since you claimed both dates are available, is there any alternative ways to do the booking - perhaps via direct email?
Also, seeing as I am only in the US from 24 Jan to 8 Feb, will the booking fees (inc service charge) be fully refundable should the tour get cancelled on your end due to bad weather, lack of numbers etc.

If the tour will not depart due to weather conditions then we will provide you with alternative dates that the tour will be departing and if your schedule will not allow a different date then we will give you a full refund.
