I am interested to get the tour (Product Code: 2-351) for myself and the date I am looking at will be 4 Nov 2016. I have couple of questions before I place booking: 1) Pick up location, as I am still not sure which hotel I will stay in now, if I want to place booking now, can I simply put "to be advise" / leave it blank? I should be able to advise you on Sept for sure... 2) I understand some of the pick up location are hotels, unless it stated for hotel guest only, I assume I choose those hotel without remarking only for hotel guest, am I correct? 3) Is there any chance of cancelling the tour if there is not enough people to join on my chosen date? How soon I will know the tour is definitely going if my chosen date is 4 Nov? 4) I will be leaving LAX international airport on 6 Nov with long haul flight departing 10.35pm, do you think the tour 2-351 is suitable for me in terms of the timing? 5) I will be travelling to the LAX international airport after the tour, I understand the closest drop off point will be Chinatown Senior Citizen Center, do you have any idea if I can transportation (e.g. taxi) from there going to the airport? Or any suggested drop off point for me if I will be travelling to the airport? 6) May I know the cancellation policy if I change my itinerary and cannot join the join accidentally due to personal reason? Or can I do any changes (even refund?) to my tour after I joined? 7) I am conscious that the tour can arrange tour guide with bilingual (Chinese & English), how can I choose that when placing booking? Dear Winnie, Thanks for your inquiry. 1. You can leave a note that you will change the pick-up location when make reservation online, so we can change pick-up location in the future. 2. The "Hotel Guest Only" pick-up location is for hotel guest only, you will be required to provide hotel confirmation number later. 3.All the reservations are subject to final confirmation, usually it takes us 1-2 day to tell the confirmation status. 4&5. Usually we will arrive at Los Angeles around 7:30pm, the closest drop-off location to LAX is Chinatown.You can go LAX by taxi or leave a note about LAX drop-off so we can check the quotation of it. 6. This tour is subject to standard cancellation policy:https://www.tours4fun.com/cancellation-and-refund-policy.html 7. The tour guide will speak English and Chinese, it is not English only. Hello. We're thinking about 1 Day Antelope Canyon tour. I have 2 questions below. Could you kindly answer? 1. Does this tour go to both Upper and Lower Antelope Canyon? Or only one side(Upper or Lower) of Antelope Canyon? 2. I heard we cannot enter Antelope Canyon in bad weather. If you find we cannot enter Antelope Canyon before departure (e.g. 1 day before the departure date, weather forecast says tomorrow we'll have heavy rain), can we get any refund?

This tour will visit the Lower Antelope Canyon and customers need to pay the admission fee while on tour: Lower Antelope Canyon Admission USD 28/Person (Mandatory fee) If the tour cannot be completed as scheduled, the local office will inform us about it and we will update you accordingly. Dear Team, I would like to know if instead of going back to NY, can we be drop off in Washington as we planning to spend some time in Washington . just to be sure as it's mention that the route can be reverse , thus if I book my extended hotel in Washington I won't get refund for . And how likely is your tour to be available for departure Wednesday 11th for this tour code 81-138 The tour seems very attractive but the downfall is if there is a cancellation on your side ,then it ruin all the plans in terms of hotel and transport booking on line.

Dear Linda, Yes, you have the option of self dismissing in Washington DC. Please leave a note with your request in the comment section when placing your online booking. While processing your reservation we will also re-confirm the order of the itinerary to ensure you can end in DC without a problem. November 11th is still open for booking. To place a reservation, kindly follow the steps located on the right side of the detailed tour page. Hi We have completed a 5 Day Acadia National Park tour a couple of weeks ago and did not get what we paid for as we were put on a three day Acadia National Park Tour. We were transferred on our first day to East Brunswick only to be gone by 7 am the next morning to be taken back to New York, Flushing and China Town to pick up passengers for their 3 day Acadia National Park trip. We only go a three day trip with the first night at East Brunswick and two nights at Fairlight Inn and Suites. We then travelled two and a half hours to get to the National Park by 11 am and spent about 3 hours in Bar Harbour only. The Itinerary for the 5 Day Acadia National Park tour spent one night in the park. We did in fact only do the 3 day and on the last day we were taken to New York to deliver all the passengers for the 3 day trip and then we were taken back to Edison arriving at midnight and too late to organise a taxi for the Amish country trip we had booked with Tours4Fun also. We had written and chosen to not do the New York City tour which was the last day of the 5 day trip because we had one it three years ago. This wasn't an option given we had not been able to meet the Amish tour as it was again the 3 day trip. I have made two calls to Tours4Fun one on the first night after knowing that it was going to be the 3 day trip and not what we paid for and again on the 4th night when we were taken to New York and then back to Edison arriving at midnight. On both these calls I got no satisfaction. I requested your representative to call me back after explaining my situation but he did not and the 2nd call I feel was disconnected probably because my situation was too hard for her. I have since written about 2 weeks ago stating my case and again I have not had a reply. I feel Tours4Fun are responsible for not delivering what we paid for and we should be compensated and not with credits and also a refund should be forthwith for the tour we could not take because of Tours4Fun/L & L Tours poor organisation and arriving at our hotel at midnight. Could you please reply to this as I am sick of being ignored by Tours4Fun. Thank you. Annette
