I am planning to book the tour starting 1st July, for my family of three ( my wife, my self and a daughter of 10 yrs).

b) We need only one Room, how can we book that.

We do not have this tour available for July 1st. This tour is available for June 29th.
The price for one room with 2 adults and 1 child is $2532.84, as long as the child is 11 or younger on the day of the tour.
If you wish to make the reservation for 2 adults and one child, you would simply book for 2 adults and in the "Reservation Request" box, you can leave us a note letting us know that you would like to add one child under the age of 11 in the same room and we will adjust the price.
There is not tour arranged for the last day as it's just for departures. We provide airport drop off service between 7:00 am to 10:00 pm.
The duration of the bus all depends on each location as it varies by cities and whether there is traffic or weather conditions.
You can make the booking by credit card online and it will give you the full amount you owe.
If you go on Package Excludes on the website, it shows all the fees that you would have to pay on the tour.
If you were to cancel the reservation, there will be a penalty.
Cancellation policy:
- Within 9 days of departure date: Non-refundable.
- 10-16 days prior to departure date: 50% of booking price will be charged.
- 17-29 days prior to departure date: 25% of booking price will be charged.

We will only be in Vancouver for one full day. Should the day we plan to take your tour not have enough people registered, will we be able to get a refund since we will not be in Vancouver to schedule another day?
