I am planning to book 6 tickets for a specific prime time at 11am and include a preferred time. If both times aren't available, do I get a refund or can I select another prime time? We have relatives from overseas visiting and really hope we can make it for the primetime in the morning.

- Within 9 days of departure date: Non-refundable.
- 10-16 days prior to departure date: 50% of booking price will be charged.
- 17-29 days prior to departure date: 25% of booking price will be charged.

We advise you to bring your medication in case the motion sickness might occur during the tour.

As your policy refund don't garantee 100% back less then 30 days before the trip (which it is), i'd prefer to know earlier the dates. Can i just see whitout make an"Instant Confirmation"?

To place your order for a reservation online, simply select your desired tour start date and the number of rooms you need/ travelers you are booking for on the upper right section of the tour information page, and then click on "BOOK NOW".
Please be sure to read through the tour itinerary including "pricing" and "special notes" section before placing your order.
1. Immediately after submitting your reservation, you will receive a Receipt of Reservation via email. Please review the details to make sure all the details such as name, tour code, date, etc are correct
2. Within one to two business days after submitting your reservation, you will receive a confirmation email from us. If there is any additional information that is needed, we will ask you for it at that time, i.e. flight information, hotel extension, etc.

It appears that the reason this tour was cancelled is because of the payment. It shows that they tried calling you to request for acknowledgement of credit card billing form, but you were not around to take the call so they left a VM. Apparently, they did not hear from you about it so they voided the payment on the credit card. It will reflect back on your credit card in 24 to 48 hours. If it has not, try to call your bank.
