Cancellation of tour departures is not dependent on whether you make a single, double, triple, or quad booking.
However, this tour in July is guaranteed for departure if booked within the next 48 hours.

Q: Hey there! I´ve booked some days ago this tour for my girlfriend and me. I got the E-Ticket via email and printed it, but on the last page of the ordering process I read this text: "What supporting documentation is required? 1.A photocopy of the credit card holder's photo ID (valid photo ID includes US-issued Driver's License or US-issued Photo ID or National Passport with signature page) 2. A filled-out and dated Credit Card Holder Verification Form signed by credit card holder. 3. A copy of guest's passport if credit card holder is NOT one of the guests who will join the tour Scan or take digital pictures of required documents and email [email protected]" Do I have to send these things to the mail address to complete my booking? The approximate drop off at the airport is between 11:30am-12:30pm.
The cost of meals varies on how much you order and what you order from the menus.
However, the approximate cost of meals on tour are $10-15 per person, per meal.

Q: Hello, we are planning to join the tour in August. Here are my questions: 1) I check the return flight and the last flights available for us to fly home on the last day is 6:25pm from EWR to DFW. Will this be a problem since the suggested time of return flight is after 6:45pm? 2) Are all meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) included with the tour package? If they are not included, are we going to be assisted for dining options? 3) There are a total of three people planning to join the tour and one of us is not US citizen, will that be a problem? 1. We recommend that you book a flight after 6:45pm. We usually arrive at the airport at 4:45-5:00pm on last, leaving 1h 45 mins-2 hours for guest to check-in. If you miss your flight at 6:25pm, Tours4fun will not be held responsible.
2. Meals are not included in the total tour package price and will have to be paid for through the course of the tour. Meal breaks will be arranged at hotels, various ethnic restaurants, such as International Restaurants, food courts and fast food restaurants.
3. Yes, we have guests from Europe, Asia, Australia on tour as well.
