Q: Hi' I'm interested in tour code 82-5331 6 day east cost tour we are a family of 3. the date that I'm interested in on Sept. 2 Sunday. My problem is we are arriving on august 31 in the afternoon via delta airlines JFK Airport and you don't have a tour on that date. So i decided to join Sept. 2 Sunday. Is it possible for you to pick us in the airport on Aug 31 and have a hotel reservation for us to stay while waiting for Sept. 2 tour.

We regret that we are not able to offer pick-up service on August 31st. We recommend that you book a hotel extension near your arrival airport with airport shuttle service and we can arrange pick-up from airport on day of the tour.

Q: I am planning for the tour 46-2966. In our group we have 4 Adults and 1 Child(10 Years). We all are planning to stay in 1 hotel room. Is that possible? If so while I book the tour ticket, your system is not allowing for 4 Adults @@plush; 1 Child. If we pay additional charge for the child to stay in our room, in this case do we need to contact the hotel management for additional charge and book the tour for only 4 Adults? 1. If you choose to go to Kennedy Space center, we will arrange transportation and tickets are included.
2. Check out time is before 12:00pm. We can't guarantee that shuttle service is still available on last day without a hotel reservation. Please check with hotel when you are on tour.
