Q: Hi We are a couple form Malta and we planning to visit NY next August with a Maltese Travel Company. At the end of our NY tour we are planning to take the 8 day Canada Tour (code: 46-44966) which departs on 08/30/12. Before we book we have some queries please: 1. Do we meet the guide at the airport or do we will be picked up from our hotel "Stay Bridge Suite" Times Square? 2. At what time does the tour leaves and from where? 3. How would we recocnize the guide? 4. What are the chances that the tour would be cancelled from your end? Is there a limited number to join the tour? 5. To be sure & for my booking needs, the tour ends on 06/09/12, pls correct me if I'm wrong? We plan to depart form US to Malta directly at the end of the tour. We will have to take our lugages on the couch all the way. Hope I don't come up with more queries. Thanks Joseph

1.You can either meet tour guide at airport or Chinatown (48 Bowery, New York, NY 10013) for a transfer to hotel.
2.Tour starts from the hotel on day 2. Assembling time will be given by tour guide on tour.
3. Please contact local tour service company one day prior to departure date to get tour guide contact information.
4. This is one of the most popular tours and has never been cancelled before due to a lack of participants.
5.If you start on Aug 30th,2012, tour will end on 09/06/2012 (Thursday)

1.If you have received our confirmation email, you can go ahead and book your flight tickets.
2. For guests who arrive at JFK & LGA before 8:30am, we will have a complimentary half day NYC tour including Columbia University, Lincoln Center, China Town and Little Italy. The complimentary tour ends at 1:30pm and it is not included in the package if you arrive at EWR. Tour guide will arrange meal stop on tour.
3. Transfer to hotel will be arranged after after the half day city tour. There is an optional night tour available.

No, you will not have free time to roam New York during the optional excursions.
You must stay in the immediate area surrounding the optional excursion.
The optional excursions usually last only 30-60 minutes, which is not enough time to leave the area and return to the bus.
At this time, it is too late to book this tour for tomorrow's departure.
We suggest a minimum of a week prior to departure.
