Q: Hi, I just made a reservation now for this tour again but still, it only reached to credit card payment number 1 and after that, it stopped. It did not reach steps 2 and 3, for it to be completed. I don't know if I have a problem with my credit card because the page won't load in the said 30 seconds. I have tried it a couple of times, but I ended up the same. Please guide me.

If your reservation is not completing, it is most likely because the system will not accept your credit card.
We suggest you book your tour using a different payment method, such as PayPal.
PayPal is the fastest and most secure form of payment.

There is an office located at 48 Bowery; however, your pickup will be on the street.
You must make a reservation in advance before reaching NY, as most tours will sell out.
We only allow 1 stored and 1 carry on luggage.
If you bring more than one stored, large luggage, please leave a note in the comment section, as there are additional fees for extra luggage while on tour.

We suggest making your reservation at least two weeks in advance to guarantee departure.
The price of $99 only includes your hotel accommodation and bus transportation, tax included.
