Q: we have group of 12 adults do you have anyway to drop us off to cruise terminal instead to airport on day 4? if fee apply how much are cost? If we do need airport pick up first 8 of group at noon and another 4 at 3:00PM how it work out? Thank you

Unfortunately, we do not offer drop off to the cruise terminals at this time.
One complimentary pickup from the airport is offered per room booked for the tour.

If you stay in Grand Canyon the first night, you will stay in Las Vegas on night 2 of the tour.
However, if you stay in Las Vegas on day 1 of the tour, you will stay in Grand Canyon for night 2 of the tour.
In order to ensure your departure date will be available to depart in Las Vegas, we will need an exact date to confirm for you.

Q: If we are planning to stay in New York after the tour for only 1 night, which hotel will you be booking for us? Our flight back is from Newark Airport. Which is the nearest hotel that you can book for us? Any airport transfer provided? You mentioned that dropped off after the tour is at: -6:30pm Sheraton Hotel 135-20 39th Ave, Flushing NY 11354 -7:00pm Holiday Inn 138 Lafayette St, Manhattan NY 10013 If we do not wish to stay at the above hotels which are not near Newark Airport, then how do we make our way back to the hotel? We only offer airport transfers on the last day of the tour.
If you are departing EWR, we suggest the following hotel extension:

This hotel offers free shuttle service to and from EWR.
You can have drop off service at EWR after the tour ends and use the hotel shuttle service to get back and forth from EWR airport.

If you reserve Howard Johnson hotel from us the day before the tour, we can arrange a transfer service( 8:30am - 9:30pm) for just $30.00 from LAX to hotel.
