Q: hi, we wnt to take the tour in the end in september, is the weather in this time is good for this trip? my second question is - where are we staying at night? i know the price includes a hotel, but which one? and if we want to stay in anouther hotel is it possible to upgrade?

At this time, we do not offer hotel upgrades for this tour.
The hotel will not be confirmed until after we process your reservation; however, the most often used hotel for this tour is the Executive Inn Super 8.

The first day of the tour is a transfer day from the airport to the first night's hotel.
You can arrive on the first day of the tour between 9am-10pm for complimentary pickup from one of the following 3 NY area airports: JFK, LGA, and EWR.
We do not have a departure on 6/29; however, we do offer this tour with a departure on 6/30.

No, JFK is not closely located to Times Square or Manhattan.
However, there are many transportation services that are available.

We cannot provide the exact pricing of meals, as it varies based on what each person orders while on tour.
However, the approximate cost is $10-20, per person, per meal.
Yes, you need to have your e-ticket printed.
You cannot have the e-ticket on your phone.
You can call to reconfirm the tour departure 1-2 days before departure.

Q: To whom it may concern, In the itinerary it mentions that the cost includes hotel accomodation and transportation. Since hotel accomodations are included My concern is, due to three people sharing a room together on this tour, is the tour guide going to make sure that the hotel staff has a third bed provided for rooms that are going to accomodate more than three people (i.e. rollaway bed) or would I still need to request a rollaway bed upon arrival and pay the extra fee? Rooms are equipped with 2 standard/double beds.
Not all hotels on tour accommodate a 3rd bed in the room.
You will have to check with each hotel upon arrival of their bed availability and cost of the addition.
