Hotel check-in time is 3:00pm and onwards. Early check-in is not guaranteed. Please simply inform tour guide on arrival if you are interested in the optional night tour.

If two of us alone can join the tour now and other 2 persons plus child can cancel the tickets and what is the amount of refund we get back. 2. Is there any facility with you --a kind of travel insurance, where we can get back our booking amount, if circcumstances force us not to join the tour. 3. Q: If i wish to take the 6day package starting on the 4th of july will you advise me to get to nyc on the 3rd or 4th bec I will be in Atlanta. I also wish to take the night tour of nyc, which I am not sure from your itinerary if it will be on the 3rd night or the 4th. Once the tour is done I have to get on a flight back to Atlanta. If you book this tour starting on July 4th,2012, the night tour is on July 4th,2012. Last day of the tour is 07/09/2012.
