Q: if i want to book the hotel extension, i need to decide when i book the tour,right? seems cant just simple book the hotel, cause i am not sure about the hotel yet..also, the price in the cart of the hotel already includes tax? do i need to pay extra fee when i check in the hotel?

No, you do not have to decide the hotel extension at the same time you reserve the tour.
You can add that on at any time, as long as the hotel has availability.
Yes, the cost of the hotel already includes taxes.
No, you do not have to pay an additional amount when you get to the hotel, unless you want room service or extra services not covered in a standard room booking.

If you choose to depart the tour in Las Vegas, you will forego the Chocolate Factory, Botanical Cactus Gardens and the Tanger Outlet Center.
Please leave us a note in your reservation stating that you will be departing the tour in Las Vegas.
The Grand Canyon West is more expensive to enter because it is privately owned by an Indian tribe.
They charge an admission fee to enter the Grand Canyon and admission to the skywalk.
Unfortunately for this tour there are no hotel upgrades.

We usually arrive in Las Vegas between 3-4pm, depending on weather and traffic conditions. ;
However, we cannot confirm that you will make it to the show, as traffic conditions vary and last minute emergencies sometimes delay the bus.
Usually, we will get to Las Vegas between 3-4pm, as scheduled.

Q: Hi, we are planning on taking this tour on August 11th, but we will arrive on the 10th at 1:30 AM. My children(23 and 21) and I will hang around with my cousin in New York City because we don't want to wait that long at the airport. My questions are : 1. Is it possible to just meet the tour guide at the hotel on August 11th? 2. I know that we can only check-in at 3pm. So, Can we just go at 3pm? 3. What is the address of the hotel? (street address that I can use my navigator) 4. How can we make sure we go to the right hotel and meet the right tour guide? Or is it easier to just go back to JFK and fine the tour guide? You can meet the tour at the first night's hotel or get picked up later on that day at the airport.
You can self-transfer to the hotel after 3pm.
We will confirm the first night's hotel once you have made your reservation.
If you will be nearby JFK airport, we suggest meeting the tour guide at JFK at a designated complimentary pick-up time.

The drive to Las Vegas is approximately 4-6 hours, depending on weather and traffic.
You should be arriving early afternoon.
You can choose to take part in a night tour of Las Vegas or the Jubille show once you arrive, or the afternoon is spend at your leisure.
