Hello can you please confirm this 2 day tour (Tour code 689511) from Montreal to Niagaea Falls/Toronto is definitly going ahead on 22nd October?
I need to know this before we book because we booked your 3 day tour and you refund our payment as you couldn't go ahead due to not enough bookings for 22nd Oct 2025 date.

Cancellations made within 16 days prior to departure: No refund
Cancellations made 17–32 days prior to departure: 40% refund of the total purchase amount
Cancellations made 33 or more days prior to departure: 90% refund of the total purchase amount.
If the tour is unable to proceed due to wildfires or other force majeure events, we will first do our best to:
Offer alternative tour options, or
Propose alternative departure dates.
If no suitable alternative can be provided, we will proceed with a refund based on the nature of the disruption and our cancellation policy.

Hi, 5 day east canada tour advertised $646. But when i go to booking it says $1114? Why is that. So if you require full payment at an event of minimum guest fall under 30 it says you cancell the tour and there is no refund. Why do that? No one like to risk their money when not the guest fault. If the flight lands in the airport at 7am what time is the pick up time? Are there mandatory 4 activities to be taken? Tour sounds too harsh.

Hi, i would like to join this 7 days tour and will be arriving in London airport (LHR) on 20 Dec 2025 at 06.25. I have several questions:
1. We are 3 people (me and my 2 sons - age 16 and 12), is it possible for us to be located in 1 hotel room with extra bed?
2. Based on your experience, is it enough time for us to reach the meeting point at 09.00? We will bring luggages so is it possible for us to put our luggages in the bus or hotel so we can join the city tour on day 1 with free hand?
3. How many people in 1 group tour?
4. I plan to book the tour within this week but I haven't request the UK visa yet. Let say I fail to get approval on my visa, is it possible to get refund on my payment?

Thank you for your inquiry. To answer your questions, please see below:
1. The standard hotel room for all our Europe tours can only accommodate 2 people in 1 room with 2 separate beds. In your case, you have to book 2 rooms to accommodate the other person and you have the option to have it as private room or a shared one in order to lessen the price. ( Share with a same-gender traveler, separate beds.)
2. Yes, meeting point will be at 09:00 AM | London | St. Pancras Railway Station (Eurostar Station) | Pancras Road, NW1 2QL London, UK ( Note: Starbucks Coffee Shop by station hall ). Please take note that we only allow 1 check-in luggage and 1 carry-on bag as our standard policy.
3. Once the booking has been confirmed, cancellation policy will apply.

After paying full amount, it states that it is only a reservation, we will need final confirmation to be emailed within 1 to 2 business days...what if date we booked is full or not running? And we cannot change our date. Will our full payment be refunded fully without any deductions since the trip not pushing thru or not avail is not our fault?
