Q: follow up question: i guess i wasn't clear with my previous question. i meant closet hotel in chinatown new york where there is an 8:15am pick up for the 3 day bus tour to DC and niagara falls. also, nearest airport in chincatown new york. budget is below $100 for the hotel. thanks!

The hotels near the Chinatown pickup location are not currently offered through Tours4Fun, as we specialize in budget tours and hotel accommodation.
You will need to book a hotel near the Chinatown pickup location on your own, as we do not offer any at this time.
In addition, hotels in Manhattan are usually much higher cost than $100.00 per night.

We do not offer purchasing of meals online at this time.
Meal stops are arranged by your tour guide, while on tour, at various restaurants, buffet areas, food courts, and fast food restaurants.The average cost of meals is $15-20 per person, per meal, depending on what the person orders at each meal stop.
The minimum is what is mandatory, which is $6.00 per person.
The maximum is at the customer's discretion about how they feel about the tour guide's service on tour.

Yes, you can have free time in the area of the optional excursion while the rest of the tour group is with your tour guide.
Just notify your tour guide that you plan to opt out of the excursion, and he or she will provide you with the meeting time back at the tour bus.

The tour routing is subject to change based on the tour start date and the routing of the tour that day.
This means that this tour sometimes goes to Niagara Falls on the first day of the tour, but other times it goes to DC first instead.
If the tour ends in DC on the last day, you can end your tour in DC, but you will need to find your own transportation back to New York.
Alternatively, if the tour goes to DC first, you will stay the night in the area and will be able to have free time on your own in the area after you are transferred to the hotel for the night.

This tour does not offer drop off in Manhattan at the end of the tour, as this tour ends in Buffalo, NY.

Q: Hi, I'm interested in this super value tour(81-220). And I have some questions for you. It shows we can take the boat 'Made of Mist'. I wonder where we take the boat, Canadian side or American side?? I want to take it on Canadian side. Second, my friends and I are total 5. This tour covers the Maid of the Mist ride on the Canadian side of the Falls.
There is one complimentary pickup location per room booked for the tour.
Since you have 5 people in your group, you will need a minimum of 2 hotel rooms while on tour.
This means that you will be allowed 2 pickup locations for your order.
When you make your reservation online, choose one location in the easy book section of the tour webpage.
In the comment section of your online reservation, you will need to note down that you need an additional pickup at the other location and which passengers will be picked up from each location.

The main differences between the two tour codes you offered are the hotel locations and the routing of the tour.
We suggest you meet at one of the following locations for pickup, as you will receive a 1/2 day complimentary tour of New York:
JFK Airport: at the Terminal 7, arrival hall (1st floor), in front of the Hudson News, at 8:30am
LGA Airport: at the UA Terminal, baggage claim area, at 9:00am
