Q: So the price of $253 includes the inter-island air ticket and transportation between sightseeing spots? Do we travel with other people in a group? If that is the case, do we have our meal separately and gather at certain time or do we need to eat at destinated places together in the trip?

Yes, the price of the packaged tour includes all transportation during the tour.
Yes, this is a group tour.
The tour guide will arrange meals stops throughout the tour for the group, and you will have the option to purchase meals at these stops.
However, you will also have free time throughout the tour to have meals on your own.

Q: I think that my previous question was not fully understood. After finishing 10 days' east coast tour ending in Miami, we would like to travel on our own from Miami to Orlando by air and join the 4 days Orlando only tour the same evening, starting from Orlando airport. I am not sure whether this is easy to manage, without missing airport pickup at Orlando. Hence the question is about the gap between drop off time at Miami from previous tour and pick up time at Orlando airport for next tour. View answers (1) A: |

By the time you fly into Orlando for pickup for the 4 day tour, you will need to add late night pickup service to your reservation.
The cost of late night pickup is currently $12.00 extra, per person.
However, it will be dependent on your flight arrangements that you are able to find for the tour.

However, the hotel for this tour is usually located near Thousand Islands, NY.
No, there is not shopping time while in Niagara on tour, as the tour itinerary is already full of activities.
Yes, the tour will make a stop at Thousand Islands, as you will have a chance to add a boat ride in the area while on this tour.
Yes, the bus will be equipped with a restroom on board.
However, this restroom is used for emergency purposes only, as the tour guide will stop every 2-3 hours for restroom and stretching breaks.

In addition, you would need to meet on the morning of day 2 in the hotel lobby, as the departure will be directly from the hotel location.

Meal stops are arranged by your tour guide, while on tour, at various restaurants, buffet areas, food courts, and fast food restaurants.
The average cost of meals is $15-20 per person, per meal, depending on what the person orders at each meal stop.
When you make your reservation, you will need to book for all 4 passengers at the time of booking.
If you do not have the names of the passengers at the time of booking, please note down "TBA."
We will then book the tour and wait for the names once you have them.
