So the price of $253 includes the inter-island air ticket and transportation between sightseeing spots? Do we travel with other people in a group? If that is the case, do we have our meal separately and gather at certain time or do we need to eat at destinated places together in the trip?
Hi,
We want to book the 1 day Universal Studios Tour code
5-4097 and we are at Le Parc Suites on 733 Knoll Drive, West Hollywood. Do you offer pick up from this location?
Thank you kindly,
Dimi
I would be glad to assist you with this inquiry. Unfortunately, this particular tour will only pick up passengers from the departure points listed on the tour's webpage. I believe the closest departure point from your location would be the Chinatown, Downtown Los Angeles location on Broadway. I do apologize for the inconvenience and hope you enjoy your tour!
I think that my previous question was not fully understood. After finishing 10 days' east coast tour ending in Miami, we would like to travel on our own from Miami to Orlando by air and join the 4 days Orlando only tour the same evening, starting from Orlando airport. I am not sure whether this is easy to manage, without missing airport pickup at Orlando. Hence the question is about the gap between drop off time at Miami from previous tour and pick up time at Orlando airport for next tour.
Yes, the theme park entrance admission is included in the cost of the tour.
However, no meals are included in the tour cost.
Please review the complete list of what is included and excluded in the tour package price:
Package Includes
Complimentary Miami International Airport pick up (10:00am - 10:00pm) and Orlando International Airport drop off
7-night hotel accommodations
Orlando Theme Park admission fee
Professional tour escort
Package Excludes
Airfares or related transportation between your home and Miami
All personal expenses including hotel room service and meals; however, you have the option to pay for meals that tour guide arranges

Thank you for your inquiry.

We ara family of 6 wanting to take the 2-day NY to Washington DC tour in Sep 2012. Can we break away from the tour in the afternoon of the 1st day to stay with friends and then re-join the tour afternoon of the 2nd day before gong back to NY ?
thanks
Yes, if you plan to opt out of some portion of the tour, please leave a note in the comment section of your online reservation so we may notify your tour guide.
In addition, you would need to meet on the morning of day 2 in the hotel lobby, as the departure will be directly from the hotel location.
Thank you for your inquiry.

I plan to take the East Coast tour. I read some of the tour details, but I did not see the information about Food and Drinks. Please advise how you arrange this matter!
Buy 2 get 2 free, I know the free persons will pay the admission and other fee, can we register the free person name later then the time booking the tour?
Thanks
Hi Phong Nguyen: Meal stops are arranged by your tour guide, while on tour, at various restaurants, buffet areas, food courts, and fast food restaurants.
The average cost of meals is $15-20 per person, per meal, depending on what the person orders at each meal stop.
When you make your reservation, you will need to book for all 4 passengers at the time of booking.
If you do not have the names of the passengers at the time of booking, please note down "TBA."
We will then book the tour and wait for the names once you have them.
Thank you for your inquiry.
