Hi there,
I have a question regarding the price of the tour. I can see that the price is $618, but when i want to add it to the Cart, it shows me total amount $832.24 for one adult and 1 room. I don't want to add extensions and lodging for the 7th night, so can you please explain where the difference comes from? Is this the price for the lodging for the tour?
Regards,
Vash
Hi, I booked this packaged(47-655) on Sep 1.
We are 3 people. One of us will take the bus at Flushing. The rest will take it at the Chinatown.
Is there any extra charge for taking the bus at different pickup locations??
Only one complimentary pickup per room booked for the tour is included in the cost of the tour.
In order to ensure that you are on the same tour bus, we suggest all customers get picked up at the same pickup location.
We can try to confirm that you can book separate pickup locations and be on the same tour, but there is no guarantee that it will be possible.
Please leave a note in the comment section of your online reservation which passengers request which pickup location and we will confirm if it is possible for your tour departure.
Thank you for your inquiry.

I am interested in this tour, but is it possible to depart from the tour on the last day after visiting all the attractions such as Olvera street and chinatown as my flight will be departing from los angeles and not san francisco.
Yes, you can depart the tour in Chinatown before the tour returns to San Francisco.
Please leave a note in the comment section of your online reservation that you will end in LA to allow us to confirm this drop-off arrangement with your tour guide.
Thank you for your inquiry.

The liberty cruise is approximately 30 minutes long.
This tour takes you around Ellis Island to visit the Statue of Liberty, but unfortunately there's not sufficent time to tour the island. I apologize for this inconvenience.
We (adults) have just been on the tour. There was a 6-year-old on the bus - and by the end of the week, he was BORED. It is a LONG trip to take kids on, up early, arriving late in the evenings. etc. etc. I would NOT take small children on this trip - for the children's sake!

Hi Rumen Villadiego:
The children ages are from 2-9 years of age.
For this tour, the price for a child applies when a 2-9 years old child is staying in one standard room as a third or fourth person.
Hi, this is one of the trips I am planning to go with my husband. I would like to know what time will we be checking into the hotel after the first day tour? Also does the hotel have a pool and would we be able to go exploring on our own at night once checked in? Thank you.
You generally reach your hotel around 9pm-10pm at night, depending on weather and traffic. Unfortunately, we are not able to confirm the hotel until after you have made a reservation and so you will not know until you book your tour (please include this inquiry when booking and we can get you that info). It is at this time that we might be able to confirm if the hotel will have a pool and its availability by the time you reach it on the first night. Once you are settled into your room for the night, you will be able to go exploring on your own. I hope this information has helped and enjoy your tour!
