Q: We wish to join the complimentary tour on first day by reaching the meeting point on our own by 8.30 am. Do we need to inform someone before hand or can we just join in by reaching in time? Which is the most convenient meeting point for those arriving from Newark (Wayne)?

When making your reservation online, please make a note in the "comment" section before submitting your order that you wish to take the complimentary half-day city tour.
In order to take the complimentary half day city tour, you need to meet the tour guide at JFK or LGA Airports.
This tour will not offer a complimentary half day city tour for those passengers arriving at Newark airport.
If you would like to take the complimentary half day city tour on the first day, you have to meet the tour guide at the following locations before 8:30AM:
JFK - Terminal # 7 "Hudson News" newsstand
LGA - Terminal B, Baggage Claim Area of American Airlines

This tour can pick up at the Embassy Suites.
The pick-up time would be between 7:45 am - 8:15 am.
You will return to Las Vegas anytime between 6:00pm and 8:00pm, depending on weather and traffic.

From Miami to the Everglades it is approximately an hour to an hour and a half ride, depending on weather and traffic.
