Hi Barbara Sutton:

The pickup for the optional night tour is between 730-8pm from the first nights' hotel for the tour.

However, you must arrive prior to 330pm, in order to ensure seating on the night tour, as it tends to fill quickly.

If you arrive at 430pm, unfortunately, you will not be able to join the night tour, as it is past the arrival cutoff.

However, you can speak to your tour guide upon arrival to see if seats are still remaining for the night tour, and he or she will try their best to arrange you on the tour.

Thank you for your inquiry.

Hi Tunku Azlan:

We can arrange your early pickup service one day before the tour if you book your hotel extension with us, as well.

We suggest the following hotel, as it is the hotel used for the first night of the 6 day tour you are interested in:

https://www.tours4fun.com/sheraton-ewr.html

If you choose to book the hotel with your reservation with us, we then offer early pickup service one day before the tour for only a $30.00 transfer fee.

Each person on tour is allowed one carry-on and one stored luggage throughout the tour.

If you prefer to take a tour to the Woodbury Outlet, we suggest you stay either in Manhattan to be close to the NY area pickups, or you can also try the following hotel close to JFK:

https://www.tours4fun.com/comfort-inn-jfk-airport.html

The entire first day is a free day, as there is no scheduled tour itinerary.

You are free to take a one day tour or shuttle to Woodbury on this day if you would like to do so.

Thank you for your inquiry.

Hi Anson:

Each person on tour is allowed one carry-on and one stored luggage during the tour.

You can lock the stored luggage in the bus throughout the tour; however, it will need to be removed when you check into the hotel for the tour.

Hi Ramesh:

No, the charges between single and double occupancy is not 50% of the cost.

However, if you find a travel companion, you can try to add them to your order to have the cost reduced to the double occupancy cost of $405.00, which would be $170.00 less than you have paid for the tour, as long as your companion pays their half of the tour cost, as well.

Thank you for your inquiry.
