Q: I'm planning to take the one day package to woodbury, if I stay in a hotel in newark are the any arrangement/pickup to join the tour to woodbury or do I have to travel to New York to join the tour.

If you wish to take a one-day tour to Woodbury, you would need to find your own transportation to New York to join that tour if it is not included in your 6-day tour.
We cannot arrange or offer transportation from Newark to join a Woodbury tour.

We cannot confirm the first night hotel until a reservation has been made.
Typically the first night's hotel is located in Newark, NJ.
When making a reservation, please leave a comment in the comment box before submitting your order letting us know you request to add additional dates to your hotel before or after your tour.
Once we confirm the hotel, we will quote you accordingly to see if you would be interested in adding the additional nights at the price provided.

The tours we do offer that go to the White house are only for photo opportunities outside of the White House.
Appointments to view the White House must be made directly with the Visitor Center at the White House.

From the pick-up locations in Los Angeles to Las Vegas, you approximately arrive anytime between 3pm-6pm depending on weather and traffic.
This tour does not pick-up from LAX.
On the 2nd day, you return to Las Vegas from the Grand Canyon anytime between 7pm-9pm, depending on weather and traffic.
This tour has pick-up locations in Irvine, Fullerton, or La Mirada, locations close to Anaheim.

Depending on weather and traffic, you arrive in Las Vegas anytime between 3-6pm.
You have free time from the time of your hotel check-in for the first night if you choose not to partake in any optional tours offered.
On the 2nd day, you will be returning from the Grand Canyon anytime between 7pm-9pm.
