Q: (1) Is this tour appropriate for infants? What additional fees will an infant (16 months) traveller incur? (2) What is the luggage allowance of the infant? Does this allowance include pram/stroller, car seat, portable crib? Or are these items provided in the tour? (3) What is the luggage allowance for each travelling adult?

Yes, this tour can accommodate an infant.
No, there are no additional fees for children under 2 years of age for the tour.
However, the infant will have to remain in the parent's lap throughout the tour, as the child will have no reserved seat on tour.
Infants are not given a luggage allowance, as only paying customers are allowed one stored and one carry-on luggage.
Strollers, car seats and/or cribs are not permitted on tour, unless you have prior approval to bring these items.
Please leave a note in the comment section of your online reservation that you will bring items on tour with you and we will confirm with the bus department if the space is available on your tour departure date.
There is an excess luggage charge of $30.00 per extra item.

Yellowstone tours are only available from the end of April/beginning of May through October of each year.
Unfortunately, this tour will not be available in March 2013, due to the weather elements and road conditions near Yellowstone in the Winter.

Can pick up from Hilton hotel will be possible with in this tour cost for two persons. Further at what time tour will be complted at LAX.For travel to universal studio at Lax what will be the cost . We do not currently offer hotel pickup for this tour.
We suggest meeting at SFO airport by 11am on the first day of the tour, as you can then join the complimentary half day city tour.
The transfer to LAX on the last day of the tour is approximately at 930am.
The cost to get to Universal Studios varies on the transportation method you use.
However, we do not currently offer this transfer service, so you will have to make your own arrangements to Universal after the otur.

No, this tour is not usually available in December, as the roads become difficult to pass to Yosemite in the Winter months.

There are slight differences in itinerary for the tours, as the bus routing is different for each tour.
In addition, the hotels used on tour are different because the routing varies.
However, the main areas covered on tour (Niagara Falls and Washington DC) are the same in both tours.

Can we still visit M&M Chocolate Factory and Botanical Cactus Garden on the third day morning and then drop off from the tour when they are back to the downtown for lunch? If you choose to depart the tour in Las Vegas, unfortunately you will have to forfeit the Chocolate Factory and the Botanical Gardens.
The tour bus will not return to Las Vegas, but instead depart straight to Los Angeles after the Chocolate Factory tour.
If you choose to continue on the tour to the Chocolate Factory and the Botanical Gardens, you would need to find your own transportation back to Las Vegas.
