Im interested in this tour. I have checked out the airlines and our flight would be coming into Denver at 10:45am. Is this enough time to be at the fountain to meet the tour guide?

Hi Sue baughman:

We cannot guarantee you will make the tour bus's departure on time, however; you should have enough time to meet the tour guide by 11:30 a.m. if you are flying in at 10:45 a.m. However, this is dependent on whether or not your flight will be late and how long it takes you to pick up your luggage. We always suggest you buy travel insurance to cover any damages caused by flight delays or other such delays. Also, we can always book you hotel extensions if you are willing to fly in one day before a tour's departure. This will ensure you are able to make a tour.

Thank you for your inquiry.

Hi Bob:

It is highly recommended that travelers take all the optional tours available, as they are priced very reasonably, and there will not be much else to do if the travelers opt not to take the tour but wait sightsee on your own, take pictures, or shop for souvenirs whilst waiting for other travelers to complete their tours.

Thank you for your inquiry.

Q:
Since the meals are not included in the package, are there restaurants conveniently located at and/or nearby the hotels where we would be staying? How are lunch breaks handled when we go from place to place, especially on days 4 and 5? Are there diners inside Yellowstone Park that the bus plans to stop during lunch hour?

Hi Bob:

Not all the hotels will have restaurants located in the immediate vicinity of the properties, but the guide will arrange stops for all the meals for the travelers.
Thank you for your inquiry.  There are cafeterias and restaurants at the different lodges/ hotels inside of Yellowstone Park where your guide will assign the meal stops at.

Thank you.

Q:
With the price of airline tickets so expensive my husband and I were planning on driving to Denver to meet the tour. Is it possible to do that and could we leave our car in the hotel parking lot until we return from the tour?

Hi Sue Baughman:

There is not place to leave your cars for 7 days. You will have to find your own parking structure that can meet your needs, however; we do not recommend doing so.

Thank you for your inquiry.

How long is the stop for at the hoover dam? Are we able to do an dam tour in this time?

Hi Sam shires:

If there is enough time, the tour guide may opt to have a small stop at the Hoover Dam for 15 minute or so. However, because of the completion of the new bypass bridge, regular traffic is not allowed to stop on the actual hoover dam and the bypass bridge itself does not have any stops.

We never enter the Hoover Dam for this tour.

If you are looking for a full Hoover Dam tour, please check on this tour: https://www.tours4fun.com/am/pm-mini-hoover-dam-tour.html

Hi Irene:

The tour you are proposing us may be a great fit for you and your husband. Now, this tour is available for the months of July and September so if you are interested in booking for these dates, there shouldn't be any inconvenience in that.

Now, This tour is conducted in English and Chinese only. The Spanish tour packages that we offer on the West Coast do not depart from San francisco and you will have to meet with the group in Los Angeles to join a Spanish tour. To see the west coast Spanish tour, please select the link below for more information:

Now, we do have other 1 day tours that might interests you in San Frnacisco which are conducted in Spanish and are found on our Spanish website. Check them out if you are interested in them.

Hi Harriet:

Airfare is something that we do offer, but its not something that we do internally. We specialize in global tours specifically here in the U.S. and airfare is just something that we try to accommodate our customers with. With that said, airfare is something that you will have to get a quote on yourself by selecting the link below and entering the required information:

http://travel.ian.com/airlines/search.jsp?cid=265593&;locale=en_US

Keep in mind that airfare always fluctuates and posting a quote here in our Q&A section may not reflect the price that you see when you actually get the chance to book your flights on your own. So please, i encourage you to check out the link above and hope to see you on tour with us soon.

Thank you for your inquiry.

Hi Jenelle:

Most people who take our tours are families, young couples, and retirees.

7-day mount rushmore tours are very popular and we do run 5-6 buses per tour. The option to get out at night for bars and night life is mostly during the stay at Deadwood.

this tour has "buy 2 get 1 free" tag. If i get this tour for 2 adults and 1 child, can i get 1 free? I'm going to trip with my 2 sons. one is 13, the other is 12 years old. and let me know the age of child.

Hi Harriet:

If you are buying the tour for 3 people and all 3 people are sharing 1 room, then the third person’s tour ticket price is free. The 3rd person is still liable for all national park fees and room occupancy fees.

So, for 3 people, the price will be around $ $1,125.00

Children from the ages for 2-9 fall under the child price. So, you will have to pay for 2 adult tickets for both children.
