My boyfriend and I are in the process of booking with your tour company. However, it is important to us to sleep in a queen or king size bed. Is there anyway to guarantee those room accommodations for us or are we left to sleep in double beds?
I should not be a problem to provide you a queen or king sized bed, however it is important that you leave this request in the comments section during the booking process!

My family has 4 persons: 2 adults and 2 children ages 13 and 15. How does the buy-2-get-1-free apply? Since all the rooms have 2 queen beds (according to your answer to other people's questions), we only need one room for my family.
Our buy 2 get 1 free is only for 3people shared one room.
You 4 people can also choose to share one room to save the cost, total cost is $1,263.00, it is much cheaper for you to book 2 rooms. There are 2 queen size beds in a double room, you can also ask the hotel to add one more sofa bed for you, there may be extra cost.

For meals we suggest customers bring around $10-15 per meal just in case. For souvenirs and other such purchases, I suggest to have at least and extra $200 - 400 per person in extra funds just in case you need anything.
After the 7 day tour is there a bus tour that we can sign up for to the Bryce National Park,,(1 or 2 night stay)? or is it recommended to drive? Is there a hotel/motel you would recommend. Do we need to go back to Salt Lake City to fly home or is there another airport?
We do not offer 1-2 day Bryce canyon stays. You will have to find a hotel that would match your needs if you wish to go back the Bryce Canyon.
We will take you back to Salt lake city for a flight from the Salt lake city airport. You can depart from the tour at any time, however; you will have to let the tour guide know and make sure you have your own accommodations and transportation.
I have two questions: (1) When will this tour become available again and (2) Are kids allowed? I would love to take my 8 and 6 year old on this trip but I have heard some similar tours do not permit kids to tour.
Thanks for your attention.
I am looking at the trip out west in Sept. for my mom's 80th. The 7 day Mt. Rushmore/Yellowstone trip. Is this a family bus(meaning are children on this tour). What are the average prices of meals? I also see there are 4 trips we have to pay an extra $40 per trip for, is that correct? What is the latest date to sign up for this tour? Thank you
Most of the tourists on our tours are families, retirees, or young couples. Average meal prices are $10-$20 per meal depending on what and where you eat.
The $40 fee is for the 4 mandatory places: -Great Salt Lake -Bingham Canyon Copper Mine -Crazy Horse - Bear Country
Please sign up for this tour as soon as possible. We are already filling multiple buses for dates on this tour. We will always add more buses if need be, but there will be a limit for specific dates and the closer you are to the tour's departure date the less space there is on this tour.
