Hi AP:

Yes, the bus has a restroom, however; the rest room is for emergency use only. We stop every 1 - 2 hours for a rest stop. You should use the rest room then.

The tour guide arranges the lunch and dinners. Generally at fast food stops,  food courts, or restaurants along the tour path.

Q:
Before we book this tour 2-121, I'd like to make sure that when we tour the Yellowstone National Park, we will go see Old Faithful and the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone. To me, this will be the highlight of my trip and I would be dissappointed if we do not see these two. Thanks.

Hi Dawn:

The tour does make stops at Old Faithful to try and see an eruption of water. The tour also tries to stop for 1 - 2 hours at the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone to view the coloration of the rocks.

Q:
1. The 'Buy 2 Get 1 free' is it really like adding a 3rd guess without any extra charges for hotel room, bus places etc. ie. like 3 persons travel with the price of 2? 2. What happens if 3 persons are reserved and the 3rd guess cannot make in the last minute?

A:

Hi Quang N.:

1. Yes, so if you have 3 people sharing 1 room, then the 3rd person's tour price is free. However, for some tours that may include additional admission fees in the tour price, then the 3rd free person will have to cover the additional ticket fees.

2. If you tell use a week before the tour that the 3rd person cannot attend the tour, then there will be a minimum penalty order amendment fee of $30. If you do not tell us the 3rd free spot is not attending the tour, then a "no show" fee will apply. The no show fee will be charged to the remaining people attending the tour and will be different per tour.

Thank you for your inquiry.

Hi Dawn Fe:

The mandatory service fee payable to the guide is only $7.00 per person per day.

For example, if you have 3 people on the tour, then $7.00 per person per day will be $21 per day for the tour.

Q:
Hi, I will plan to arrive to Denver by train around 7am. What is the best way and how long does it take to go from downtown train station to meet the group at the airport's fountain? What time we can start checking in at the hotel? Also, are food, snacks and beverages allowed on the bus since we will be traveling with kids? Thanks

Hi Bob:

For the transportation from your train station to the airport, you will have to find a route that is most suitable for your situation. We will not be able to suggest you the route that is most suitable for your case.

The official available check in at the hotel is around 2-3 p.m. If you are at the hotel early, we can try to check you in early, however; you may have to wait for the check in if the hotel room is not available.

Food, snacks, and beverages are allowed so long as they do not make a mess. You can carry on a medium sized back pack for portable entertainment systems or other such entertainment items for your children. We stop every 1-2 hours for a rest room break and rest.

Thank you for your inquiry.

Hi Bernice:

We will have to reconfirm the tour schedule for you to check if this is possible. Generally for this tour, you should be able to do so, however; if you opt out early for Las Vegas, you will forfeit the Ethel M Chocolate factory, botantical cactus gardens, and outlet segment of the tour.

Thank you for your inquiry.
