Hi,
If one of my friends want to start the trip in LA, but the other friend and I want to start it in LV, can we still have the buy 2 get 1 free discount?
Thanks
No, The particular tour you post this QA on only departs from Las Vegas.
If you would like to use the buy 2 get 1 free offer and if you would like to be on the same tour bus, please decide whether to start the tour in Las Vegas or Los Angeles.
Can someone who cannot do a lot of walking still enjoy this trip. My husband is 86 and has back problems. Would you say there is too much walking for him.
You do not have to do a lot of walking for this tour. There are small hikes, however; you can still enjoy the view and region without taking those small hikes.
Most people who join our tours are retirees, families, large company groups, and young couples.
There is a pace to the tour to see all the sites, however, most people do not have a problem with the tour's pace.
We would like to catch a show in Vegas. What time would we arrive for the 2 nights stay there? Would you be able to arrange for tickets for one of the Cirque du Solied shows and how much per ticket?
We suggest you talk with the tour guide on the start of your Grand Canyon trip to check on the timing and when you should book your show times. We suggest you try to book the Cirque du Soleil shows on the correct day the tour guide informs you, which; is generally the 2nd day of the Grand Canyon trip on the way back from the Grand Canyon to the Harrah's hotel. Generally, the tour guide will try to get the group back by 7p.m. on that day for gambling or shows, however; the timing is dependent on the weather or traffic conditions for that day.
So, for any additional things beyond the scope of the tour, please talk with the tour guide while on the tour.
If your 3rd free person is not going on the tour, you need to send us a notice if that the person is not going. If you do not inform us that the 3rd person is not going on the tour 2 weeks prior to the tour's departure and you show up for the tour without the 3rd free person present, you will incur the "no show" fee.
The "no show" fee for this tour.
So, if a passenger for your tour is not going on the tour, you need to inform us as soon as possible or additional fees will be paid by the rest of the party while on the tour.
Hi, I'm again. ^^
Woul you let me know how long it takes between city and city or stop and stop of itinerary?
My boy has car sick, so I worry about it.
This tour does involve longer bus rides from 5-6 hours. We do make a stop every 1-2 hours for a restroom break. Bus tours will involve long distance driving. Please check with your son's physician to see if he is able to take longer bus rides.
When I booked this tour and get confirmation, then I booked the flight myself. Is it possible that the tour may get cancelled, then I cannot get refund for my flight ticket?
If you book your flights before your tour is confirmed, you might not have a tour.
Please always book your flights after you receive the confirmation for your tour. We will send you the official confirmation letter and we will let you know when you would need to book your flight and submit your flight information.

I am in the DFW area and would like to see more yellowstone and stay in the park. Is this the right tour? I also like the Tour Code
2-117 including skywalk, but find the LA pick up location difficult to find. Please advise.
Yes, this tour stays in the Yellow stone National park in the Canyon lodge for one night. West Rim Grand Canyon is offered starting from LA or Las Vegas.
Can you provide the details on Day 1?
We are supposed to meet up at the fountain in Denver airport baggage claim by 11:30am.
Would we be taking back to the hotel to check in first or does the sight-seeing start right away around Noon?
If it's not time to go the hotel yet, around what time the Day 1 tour would end and when we would be checking in later that evening? When would be dinner time break?
Correct. You will need to meet the tour guide at the fountain outside DEN baggage claim area by 11:30 a.m. You will have a tour for the first day for this particular trip. The check into the hotel will be later on in the afternoon. You will be able to take your luggage on the tour bus with you.
Dinner times are generally 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. daily. This is dependent on the tour schedule and tour guide for your particular tour date.
