Generally the tour guide will wake the customers up at around 6:00 - 7:00 a.m.
However, the tour guide may ask the customers to wake up earlier if the day required an additionally early wake up.

Correct, if you come in later than 11:30 a.m. and miss the tour bus departure, you will have to self transfer to the first night's hotel. Please try to fly in earlier or you can make plans to self transfer to the first night's hotel.

Please review the tour's itinerary and the dates available for the tour. If you like the tour, please book the tour online. After you send the booking, it takes 2-3 business days for the tour to confirm. We will tell you in the confirmation letter that it is all right to book your flights.
You will then book your flights and provide us with your flight information.
Thus, you book your tour first before your flights to ensure you have both a tour and a flight that travels on the right times around the dates you desire to take the tour.

Q: Below is the response to a customer ( I took it from tour code 117). According to this response, my questions are 1)What we are going to do on day 6 if we won't enter there? since the Hoover Dam is the only place in itinerary on that day. Hi Sam shires: If there is enough time, the tour guide may opt to have a small stop at the Hoover Dam for 15 minute or so. However, because of the completion of the new bypass bridge, regular traffic is not allowed to stop on the actual hoover dam and the bypass bridge itself does not have any stops. The tour will try to get travelers out to DEN airport by 3:30 pm on the last day. We would advise you to book flights out past 5:30 pm out of Denver on the last day as the slightest delay may cause you to miss your scheduled flights out.
