Q: If you do not go on the optional tours, what is the alternative? Will there be time to do activies on your own (ex rafting in yellowstone park or shopping)? Is there a stop at Grand Teton? Is there a stop in Jackson WY?

If you choose not to participate in the optional tours, you will need to wait for the tour group to complete the activity and then continue on with the tour. The tour has many activities included within a short amount of time, that you will not have free time for separate activities.
This tour will visit Grand Teton National Park, but not Jackson, WY.

Q: Hi Tours4Fun....my boyfriend, Larry Kana and I (Denise McClung) are booked on your Yellowstone 7 day tour starting 6-18/6-25. We have paid in full several months ago. We have read about the tipping and the $40.00 tour fee however; we are hoping that because of fuel prices we are not hit with any surprise surcharges.....does your company anticipate doing that? For this tour, only the mandatory $40 per person fee for the 4 additional tour places and the service fee is mandatory. We are expecting fuel hikes and have seen fuel hikes lately, however; we cover the additional fees and if you book and reserve the tour in full; we will honor the price the tour was booked at.

Fuel surcharges are mainly a concern for helicopter flights, such as in the Grand Canyon. Although at this moment fuel prices may increase, however; we have kept the fuel surcharge for the helicopter tours to around $5 - $10.

This tour goes to the Barstow outlets. It does not go to a North or South Outlet.
There is a northern section in the Barstow outlets. If you have enough time, you are allowed to walk there for additional shopping.

1. There are no restrictions to luggage. We will do our best to help you with your luggage. We suggest two normal sized luggage or 1 international sized luggage per person.
2. Yes, this tour will have a pace to it, however; families and retirees have no problems with the pace on the tour.

The Tour is not confirmed until you made a full payment of the trip and you receive your confirmation and E tickets via email.
For this 7 day tour, I would not be worried about insufficient passengers. I would be more worried about there being too many tourists wanting to take this tour and all the seats being sold out.

And I need to book a hotel on Friday night before the tour starts on Saturday. Please let me know the hotel quotations (preferably one of the pick up hotels) and the air port pick up service fee to get to the hotel on Friday night. You will arrive at the airport at around 8:30 pm.

Q: Hi Danny, tks for your info. I do know that we need to meet at 3 different places for the 3 tours I'm interested in . The one tour you suggested: the 7 day SF, Yosemeti, Grand Canyon tour isn't good for us 'cuz the first day is to be picked up at LAX and stay in a hotel while we don't need those. So we actually ended up paying more if we are to book this one. The other two 7 day tours to Yellowston aren't what we wanted either, 'cuz one doesn't go to Mt. Rushmore, and the other one's review I read, the hotels aren't as good.... In any case, tks much for all your suggestions. Please if you can answer the following questions for me: 1. I will be traveling with my 12 yr old son. The three tours we plan to go for will be the following: 6/19-6/21[#2-351: Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam & Las Vegas]; 6/22-6/24[#5-189: SF & Yosemeti]; 6/25-7/2[#85-2936: Yellowstone & Mt.Rushmore] Do you think we will be too tired, exhausted from them? They are one after another one... 2. Can you please tell me exactly which morning meet up location I should pick for each above tours' ? Of course I need the closest one from my relative's home. I know each tour is different, and when I look at those lists, I do not know which to pick.... 3. 1. It is up to you to decide if you are going to be tired to take the next tour.
2. We cannot suggest a tour closest to your relatives home. All three tours are on different routes and offer different pick up locations. You can use the pick up location locator to check which pick up locations are closer to your relatives home.
3. If you would like to take all three tours I would suggest you check on this location: Best Western Executive Inn, 18880 Gale Ave Rowland Height for all three tours. Make sure you have the proper transportation and accommodations to take all three tours.
