I told your colleagues gloria many times, please check the email, I said when I joined the travel first day, the guide asked me to give $167 $7, but didn't tell me the program details, and i know that 3days tour I needed to paid $40 $7, after I had paid 167, and I asked the guide I don't want to go aquarium, and asked to refund my money for aquarium ticket, but he still do anything, and still to persuade me to go to aquarium, now, I am at the second day of the trip, tomorrow will go to aquarium, I asked him again, he didn't reply, I know go into the aquarium is one of the choice part .please help I don't want entry, I can stay at the meeting point. please told to the company of the guide

hi- I have the following questions: 1. is the tour guide going to talk to us in Chinese? 2. How much per each child? I have a 2 years old and a 4 years old 3. If we want to end the tour in Portland, will we have to skip Seattle? 4. How soon can we cancel and get refund, IF we changed our minds? There will be 3 adults and 2 kids thank you!

Being in Vancouver for only 3 days (12 to 14 september), we are looking your one day Victoria Tour (183-3482). We are planning to make that tour on september the 13th. Since it is not refundable..... Is the tour departure always guaranteed ? Can it be cancelled for the reason that there is not enough people ? Just to confirm, the departure from the Richmond casino is at 7h20 A.M. ? Hi there, I am planning to book 6 tickets for a specific prime time at 11am and include a preferred time. If both times aren't available, do I get a refund or can I select another prime time? As your policy refund don't garantee 100% back less then 30 days before the trip (which it is), i'd prefer to know earlier the dates. Can i just see whitout make an"Instant Confirmation"? Immediately after submitting your reservation, you will receive a Receipt of Reservation via email.
