Hi We have completed a 5 Day Acadia National Park tour a couple of weeks ago and did not get what we paid for as we were put on a three day Acadia National Park Tour. We were transferred on our first day to East Brunswick only to be gone by 7 am the next morning to be taken back to New York, Flushing and China Town to pick up passengers for their 3 day Acadia National Park trip. We only go a three day trip with the first night at East Brunswick and two nights at Fairlight Inn and Suites. We then travelled two and a half hours to get to the National Park by 11 am and spent about 3 hours in Bar Harbour only. The Itinerary for the 5 Day Acadia National Park tour spent one night in the park. We did in fact only do the 3 day and on the last day we were taken to New York to deliver all the passengers for the 3 day trip and then we were taken back to Edison arriving at midnight and too late to organise a taxi for the Amish country trip we had booked with Tours4Fun also. We had written and chosen to not do the New York City tour which was the last day of the 5 day trip because we had one it three years ago. This wasn't an option given we had not been able to meet the Amish tour as it was again the 3 day trip. I have made two calls to Tours4Fun one on the first night after knowing that it was going to be the 3 day trip and not what we paid for and again on the 4th night when we were taken to New York and then back to Edison arriving at midnight. On both these calls I got no satisfaction. I requested your representative to call me back after explaining my situation but he did not and the 2nd call I feel was disconnected probably because my situation was too hard for her. I have since written about 2 weeks ago stating my case and again I have not had a reply. I feel Tours4Fun are responsible for not delivering what we paid for and we should be compensated and not with credits and also a refund should be forthwith for the tour we could not take because of Tours4Fun/L & L Tours poor organisation and arriving at our hotel at midnight. Could you please reply to this as I am sick of being ignored by Tours4Fun. Thank you. Annette

If the departure date is changed by Tours4Fun and I am not able to join the tour, will I get 100% refund back? All bookings are subject to final confirmation usually within 24-48 hours after we receive your booking. ​​Some tours may require a minimum number of people to operate. The affected customer will be fully refunded or may choose a similar tour product as a substitute.
