I cannot seem to book through your online form for the 25th or 28th January simply because the dates have been taken off. Please refer to the table marked as 'operating'.
Since you claimed both dates are available, is there any alternative ways to do the booking - perhaps via direct email?
Also, seeing as I am only in the US from 24 Jan to 8 Feb, will the booking fees (inc service charge) be fully refundable should the tour get cancelled on your end due to bad weather, lack of numbers etc.

This tour will not be operating during January. We only accept online bookings. The soonest available date would be February 8th. If the tour will not depart due to weather conditions then we will provide you with alternative dates that the tour will be departing and if your schedule will not allow a different date then we will give you a full refund. As per website tour USNY33-138 goes to Baltimore, Philadelphia and then DC. And on Day 2 it goes back to NYC.
Question 1- Can you please tell me if the Itinerary is same for Nov 14th (2009) bus? Because I am looking for tour which takes me to Baltimore, Philadelphia on Day 1 (so I can catch my flight from DC without missing these 2 cities)?
Question 1- Also, with assumption taht the itinerary won't change, if I book my Ticket and before departure the route gets changed, will be able to get the full refund?

The itinerary for November 14th is the same as all of the tours. If you read the itinerary for Day one, you will be going to Balitmore. If you need to catch a flight and cannot make it to day two, you would still need to pay the price for the entire package as we do not deduct prices. Please read the cancellation policy under terms and conditions on the bottom of our website. There you will find our cancellation policy. Once you book a tour, we start to deduct 10% of the actual purchase for any cancellations. If the route does change, we will not be able to give you a refund. However, our bus department tries to stick with the route that is provided at all times. Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Thank you for your inquiry. You have the option to walk across the Rainbow Bridge to take in sights of the Niagara Falls from the Canadian side (proper visa or passport documents are required). However, you can also choose to stay at the US side.
Maid of the Mist in winter will not be available starting end of Oct. Visitors can continue sightseeing without getting into the water or at the IMAX Theatre Niagara Falls (optional).
If the tour is cancelled by us due to bad weather, we will try to inform you as early as possible with full payment refund.

I have previously confirmed a tour on June 20th for my aunt. Now with the swine flu scare and my mum's weak health, I think its safer that they postpone or cancel the trip.
