We are considering taking this tour. What are the pick up location options in LA? We are not taking a flight and we are staying at a hotel in LA. We would like to know before booking the tour for April. Also, what are the lunch and dinner options? Are we going to be taken to restaurants? I am a vegetarian.

How much should I tip the driver and tour guide for this 8-Day Inca Magic Tour from Lima to Cusco? How should I pay? Will the tour guide collect the tip on the last day or should I pay it every day?

Can we pick the tour up in Calgary but be dropped off in Banff? Plan on flying into Calgary, spending one night there but the next six nights in Banff.

We are party of 4 adults interested in taking tours to visit London and area. One of our members has mobility challenges. She is able to stand and walk only short distance. She should be in her wheelchair and one of us will push her chair.

While we strive to make our tours as inclusive as possible, please note the following regarding accessibility:
Our buses are not wheelchair accessible.
However, our buses have large luggage compartments that can easily accommodate a manual folding wheelchair or walking frame. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate battery-operated wheelchairs or walking aids at this time.
Our staff are unable to provide physical assistance when boarding or disembarking from the buses or at any point during the tour. Guests should be comfortable getting on and off the bus on their own or with the assistance of a traveling companion.
Given this information, we believe the tour could still be suitable for your group if your member with mobility challenges is comfortable with the above arrangements and has assistance from the rest of your party.
