Q: Hi Joanna. Thanks for your answer. We already have a multiple entry visa but being picked up to do special registration means I need to do additional register our arrival and our departure in US border. It might take 15 minutes for registration. My question is if there is an office for this registration when I exit US to Canada and when I come back from Canada to US. And, will the tour director willing to wait for us to do this additional registration? Fyi, from a family, it is only me who need to do that. Thanks. View answers (1) A: |

Our tour will not be able to wait for passengers that require additional time to process paperwork or additional registration for their entry and exit to US and Canada. Please have all of your Visa paperwork taken care of before you depart for this tour. The bus will only be able to enter and exit both countries and will not take customers to government offices to take care of their Visa paperwork.
You will require a multiple entry Visa for the US and a Visa for Canada. Please contact your local passport agency for assistance.

Reservation needs to be made online first with full payment. After we complete the reservation process, we will issue out you an E-ticket as boarding pass for joining in the tour.
Then you please simply bring the E-ticket along with your valid photo ID to present to the tour guide on the departure date to start your tour.

Q: We plan to arrive to LA on Sep 10, 10. Is this tour available for us (two or three, still not sure. They are all adults.) Can you confirm us before we book the tickets? Have any charges if in the first time we book for two people but later we change to three? Will have Thai people to join this trip? Speaking about the points that you will give us, can we use these points deduct from the prices. Ex 788*2 = $1576 Then, discuouts 0.03*(591*2) = $35.46 So, all we have to spend is $1540.54 Besides, can we use our reward points that geting form telling our friends include in this deduction? The tour starts at ealy morning from the following location. The tour will head for Boston after touring WAX Museum. We recommend that you please join in the tour from very beginning. If you are only able to join in the tour around noon, you will need to discuss with tour guide for meeting point at New York direactly. And we will not shoulder the responsibility if you would miss the tour group.

Please let us know which departure date you would like to join in so that we can double check the tour schedule for you as the day to day itinerary is subject to change which does not guarantee a stoppover at Maryland on Day 2.
Also the arrival time depends on the traffic condition and tour arrangement at that very day.

The 16 month old toddler does not count under the child price. He would be considered free. The child price is for children ranging from ages 2-9. So just put 2 adults.
The pick up times at the pick up locations are very strict. You should be there before the scheduled time. If you are late and miss the bus, we will try to give you another pick up location so you can meet the bus there. You can also call an emergency contact information to help you get on the bus.
The ability to get you on the bus is not guaranteed. Please arrive at the pick up location on time.
