If we arrive in Denver the day before the tour begins and stay in the same hotel you use for the tour, do we still meet you at the airport to begin our tour? Or can we pick up with the tour at the hotel or a secondary location?
We are only able to offer pick up from DEN airport at fountain area on tour departure date for this tour package. Nornally, we book Red Lion Denver Central for guests who arrive ealier than departure date, which is different from the first night hotel. Guests need to take advantage of the hotel shuttle to do self check into hotel and meet the tour group next day at DEN airport to start the tour.

I understand i am buying the E- ticket. Do I have to print out the E- ticket or I can just write down the e-ticket number if printing is not convenient for me?
Please inform us your fax number so that we can fax the E-ticket to you. E-ticket functions as boarding pass for the tour which needs to be presented to tour guide before boarding on the tour.

Lunch is usually arranged near this area and we do offer a small sightseeing stop for Grand Teton. There will be time for you to take some pictures and enjoy some of the sights at your leisure.

We are planning to go for the tour in Dec (Christmas day, in fact). What time will the tour start? And will going in Winter means that we have less time at the park?
There may be more traffic on Christmas so the scheduling may be a bit more hectic. There may be less time spent at the park to ensure you arrive at the other locations on time.
Pick up and tour start time may be even earlier to avoid traffic and weather (5:30 a.m. or earlier).
I will be in Wash DC the last half of September and am thinking about booking a tour. I will be in the Takoma Park area of DC and am wondering if there is public transportation from there to your pick up point; also what time is pick up? Thanks!
The pick up location is for tour (USDC3-339) is at the Marriott Gaithersberg - 9751 Washingtonian Blvd., Gaithersburg, MD 20878 at 7:00 a.m.
There should be public transportation available to the pick up point, however; you will have to find that out. Most people just take a taxi or have a friend or relative take them to and from the pick up location.
Hello I'm planning to take the tour my fligth arrives at 5:00 Am, so i need to arrange my trasfer to the hotel in the day 1, and the pickup from the nigth tour will be at the hotel? am i rigth?
The pick up for the night tour will generally be at the lobby of the hotel. Please ask your tour guide for the location on the day of the tour since the circumstances may change.
Hi, I have some questions:
1-About what time will the tour leave on day 2 and day 3? (so I know how much sleep we'll get) How much time will we spend in Solvang? Hearst Castle? How much time in Sanfrancisc to spend on our own? How much time in Yosemite (I hope a lot!)?? I only want Estimates...so I have an idea.
2- And with those hours aside, will the rest of the hours be spent being shown around and "given a tour", or will it be just getting transported? (just sitting in the bus hearing/seeing nothing interesting?)
3-How much driving a day? (At night and morning)
4- How much narration is there on this tour? Is it "semi guided" so we won't hear much and will just be watching the scenery, or is it actually a tour where we will listen to talks and learn what we are seeing?
THANK YOU for your estimates and answers!
1. 1-About what time will the tour leave on day 2 and day 3? (so I know how much sleep we'll get) How much time will we spend in Solvang? Hearst Castle? How much time in Sanfrancisc to spend on our own? How much time in Yosemite (I hope a lot!)?? I only want Estimates...so I have an idea.
The day to day wake up times will change depending on schedule. The tour guide will let you know the wake up time for that day. You spend about 1 and 1/2 hours exploring Hearst Castle on a tour. San Francisco will be a fully guided tour so you will have free time only if you let the tour guide know you will be going off alone. You will spend most of the day in Yosemite.
2. And with those hours aside, will the rest of the hours be spent being shown around and "given a tour", or will it be just getting transported? (just sitting in the bus hearing/seeing nothing interesting?)
This is a fully guided tour. So the tour guide will show you around everywhere, unless, you opt to go independent of the group.
3. How much driving a day? (At night and morning)
There may be a fair amount of driving to get to the locations. Every 2 hours or so of a long drive, the tour guide will schedule a stop so you can take a break at a pit stop or scenic location.
4. How much narration is there on this tour? Is it "semi guided" so we won't hear much and will just be watching the scenery, or is it actually a tour where we will listen to talks and learn what we are seeing?
The tour guide will narrate on this tour. This tour is still a leisurely tour and watching the scenery will be a vital part of this tour. You will learn about the sights or at least have a proper introduction to the sights.
Hi, Do you have a tour in Spanish? I'll be in New York next week and I would like to take this tour but my problem is that my wife and my 3 children do not speak English. Thanks
