Q: does this month of Oct/Nov tour usually goes through? or does it get cancelled due to some reasons i.e. not enough passengers/customers; or could be due to the weather. thnx

Most of our tours are very popular. "Not enough passengers" is usually never a concern.
If the weather turns bad enough to stop the tour, we do reserve the right to cancel the tour for your safety.
The tour that concerns you (USNY33-2350) is very popular and the weather in Oct/Nov has never been an issue.

If you are traveling alone, you will have to pay for " a room and a half". Which means your price as a sole traveler will be one and a half of an additional passenger.
So, it is cheaper if you can split the cost between you and a travel partner.

For the specifics of your tour (considering departure date, location, and activities), there are no tours like yours with hotels higher than 3.5 stars.
Some of our tours do provide the option to upgrade your hotel. This is not one of those tours.
We try to keep our hotels at 3+ stars or higher in order to reserve for our clients the best (budget friendly) quality hotels at the lowest prices available.

Yes, we do offer hotel extensions. How close the hotel is from the pick up point depends on the pick up point you choose. We generally provide hotels closer to the airport, which, may be close to the chosen pick up point.
You can request a hotel extension in the comments section when you reserve the tour. Remember to put the date you would like the extension. We would be happy to quote you a price before we officially book the hotel extension for you.

Q: We plan to book this tour starting 3rd Sept '10. We shall arrive at JFK on the 2nd Sept '10 at 2 pm. Will you arrange free airport pick for us up on 2nd Sept at JFK? Also we would like to book additional 1 night at the same hotel where the tour group stays from 3rd Sept '10. Is this possible? if yes how to book this extra night? If you need a pre-tour hotel extension, we can offer you one. If you are going to be in JFK, we can offer you a hotel near JFK (the JFK international airport hotel), which, does provide a free shuttle service to and from the airport. However, the first night's hotel is near the Newark airport.
So, if you would like the same hotel as the first night, we can offer you the hotel in Newark (Renaissance), however; this hotel does not provide a free shuttle service from JFK to Newark. If you have a Newark flight, you will still have to self transport to the Newark hotel (Renaissance).

The Comfort Inn extension is unavailable 08/24 - 09/12. If you need an extension during those dates, we can offer you another hotel.
The Comfort Inn does not offer a pick up service from the airport. We can offer a pick up service from the airport to the hotel, however; there will be a service charge.
The $120 is per room per night at the comfort Inn. If you have 5 people you would need 2 rooms.
