Q: Hello, 1) what is the difference between this tour (USNY33-216) and "budget friendly" tour (USNY3-650) 2) do we have one luggage per person allowance? is it safe to leae luggage at the bus while visiting niagara etc? 3) will we have some spare time in washington and philly? or will we just pass this spots by bus? thanks a lot :) bye

The USNY3-65 tour has the same sights as USNY33-216, but will also visit the Thousand Islands. Departure locations offered are slightly different as well.
Each passenger will be allowed 2 medium sized pieces and 1 small carry on for this tour. Please store your larger pieces in the luggage compartment. We do not recommend that you leave anything of value on the bus in the seating area, when de-boarding the bus for sight seeing.
This tour is completely guided and the tour guide will have pre-set time allowances to take pictures and visit each sight. There will not be separate free time to visit Washington D.C. or Philadelphia.

There are always stops arranged at spots for guests to visit around and picture. But the schedule is quite flexiable which depends on the traffic and tour guide control on schedule.

Yes, for this tour you can drop off at one of the pick up locations in Los Angeles. You can also end your trip in Las Vegas.
You can also pick up in Las Vegas and end back in Los Angeles.
