It rings but nobody answers or it will say to call back on it's operating hours when actually I am calling at the operating hour! I have some doubts regarding the 5 Day East Coast: US from Boston Tour:
1) I am a Mexican Citizen and I only have the American VISA, not the Canadian. Are we going to pass to Canada? Could I be able to take this tour?
2) I want to take the tour this Wednesday 21th. Do you have one place for a single person? I need to go back to Mexico en July 29th so if I make payment online and you don´t have places or I need to take the tour in the future I would not be able to use it.

If you need to take the tour in the future, there may be an amendment fee. If you decide to change the departure date, please do so before you take the tour or a good time before the tour's set departure date.

As i will arrive on 5 August at JFK, would like to know if the free transfer from airport to hotel still applies.

At this time, we still have enough space for two people on August 6th.
If you arrive in JFK, you can take a pre-tour hotel extension with us. The hotel we offer near the JFK provides free shuttle service to and from the airport.

2. The flights are reserved when you book this tour. We do not have a specific time on your flight. There is a possibility that you will miss your 11:30 flight from LAX to NY. I would suggest buying travel insurance if you are taking this tour just in case there are delays.
Do not reserve your flights until after you book this tour and we have confirmed the tour is successfully reserved for you. If need be, we can offer you a post-tour hotel extension and you can take a flight to NY the next evening.
Can we travel by low cost flight back from San francisco/ Yosemite National park to Los Angeles(at our own arrangement and cost)? If so, would you be able to arrange transfer between hotel and airport? If we join the tour package starting on Saturday, on which day will we be travelling back from San Francisco to Los Angeles? we 'll need to know the actual day in order to book air tickets if my suggestion above is feasible.
Do you mean you will fly back instead of driving back by bus? We will not be able to drive you to SFO after the Yosemite tour. You will have to self transfer back to SFO. You can leave at SFO early and miss the Yosemite tour if you like.
Which saturday are you referring to? This coming Saturday? If it is this coming saturday, you would come back August 1st.

How long will the journeys between San Francisco and Los Angeles be? we are travelling with children age 6, 13 and 15.(a party of 5) If each way takes more than 6 hours, it may not be suitable for us. We'll need to book 2 rooms, can you arrange the rooms be attached or side by side? can we enjoy the buy 2 get 1 free? the instant price quote doesn't give this discount.
Traveling from Los Angeles to San Francisco does take about 6 hours. However, we do make many scenic stops and pit stops along the way. If you are worried your children will get bored, just let them carry on hand held gaming devices or just let them enjoy the constantly changing scenery of the American landscape.
This tour does stop at Solvang and Hearst Castle along the way. Boredom should not be a problem.
We can definitely book 2 rooms for you. They will be in the same hotel, however; we cannot guarantee they will be side by side.
