IMAX movie is optional tour which needs to be paid on the tour if you are interested in it. Meals stops are always arranged at food courts or fast food restaurants where guests have free choice on food.

From what we see, the maid of the mist will be running on those days. Is there a reason you are concerned they shouldn't run? We cannot fully confirm or guarantee they will run in November because that is a few months away, but there should not be a scheduled problem to run.
