Q: You offer two 1 day Boston tours from New York - the 1 day Freedom Trail USNY29-428, and Freedom Trail Boston Day tour USNY107-3246, both priced at $149. What is the difference between these tours ? Also there is a 2 day Bus tour to Boston, Rhode Island from New York which also includes 1 night hotel accomodation for $108. How come the 1 day tour is more expensive than the two day with hotel accomodation? The USNY29-428 tour offers the tour to be conducted in English or Italian or Spanish. The USNY107-3246 offers the tour only in English. Both the USNY29-428 and USNY107-3246 do not have any optional tour fees to pay separately on tour.
The USNY33-139 has optional tour fees to be paid directly to the tour guide on tour. Please review the tour webpage and Pricing details for this information.
There will be no price difference for any tour, should you self depart from a tour early.

If you were to book this tour to depart on Sept 3, 2010 and end on Sept 11, you will need to make your own hotel arrangements or you can purchase the hotel extensions with us for Sept 2, 11 and 12. Please give us a call for the hotel extension quotes for pre and post tour. Please have your tour code, date, # number of passengers and your questions ready when calling.
If 3 people are in 1 room (for this tour only), you qualify for the Buy 2 Get 1 Free offer. The third guest joins the tour for FREE (except applicable *admission fee) on share room basis departing from now to 12/31/2010.

If you are buying a tour as a gift, there are 3 things you should do to avoid having to provide an acknowledgement of card billing.
One of the main criteria is that the card's billing address and zip code match your billing address and zip code.
They will not need a copy of your credit card when they are confirmed and on the tour. They will simply need the e-ticket.
You card will not be charged the full amount of the tour until we have confirmed everything is set for your tour.
The tour you are choosing is very popular among retirees and families. If everything goes according to plan, there should be no problems at all.

Meal stops are always arranged at food courts and fast food restaurants. Guest will have free choice on food and it costs about $12-$18 per meal per guest, depending on the choice.
