Q: I have 3 questions: 1) I will be flying in from the EastCoast, hence would prefer to arrive in SFO, the evening before the tour starts. What extra cost would this entail? 2) Can I get picked up at Oakland airport? 3) Can I get a drop in Fremont/ Newark, instead of SFO airport?

It is best that you can please arrange your flight into SFO airport on the first day of the tour before 10:00am as the complimentary airport pick up is included during that period. If you arrive at OAK airport one day prior to the departure, we can also arrange the airport pick up and hotel extension for you, but with extra cost.
Please include the request in the comment when you are making the reservation online and we will quote for your party accordingly. We can not guarantee a drop off at Fremont or Newark. However, you can definitely request the tour guide to drop off you at a nearest point to your place.

Please note that the parking lot is private to the shopping center and your vehicle may be subject to towing, should you leave it there overnight. Please consider calling one of the hotel departure locations to check if it is possible to leave your vehicle overnight in their parking lot for a fee. You will need to make sure you inform the hotel front desk of your request and also your vehicle information, so that your vehicle does not become towed.

We recommend that you book your tour as soon as all of your travel dates are set. This way we can secure your seats for your reservation as soon as possible. Many times our tours can become sold out. Tours that may show availablility online, can easily become sold out, depending on when the full payment for the reservation has been made.
