Q: 1. "Package Includes" section does not show inclusion of inter-island airfare. Is it included or not? 2. The package does not seem to include breakfast and other meals either. Is it correct? Are vegetarian meals available at the hotel and restaurants visited during the tour? 3. Are taxes etc included? If not, what could be the magnitude of these charges?

2014-02-25 16:23:46 Dear K S Ramesh, The Inter-Island airfares are not included in the tour price but are added on by selecting it in the booking section on the right hand side of the tour's page under Step #2. The Inter-island airfare price is currently $406.00 per person additional. You can complete all the steps and click on book now to place your order for the tour online. All meals including breakfast are not part of the tour package. Meal stops are arranged by your tour guide, while on tour, at various buffet areas, food courts, and fast food restaurants where all customers will be able to choose their own meals. Most likely, there will be vegetable dishes for you to choose from. However, we cannot guarantee that. You will need to check with each location and ask for their vegetarian options. On the last day of the tour, there will be transfer to Vancouver airport, free transfer time: 8:00am-9:30pm (Richmond Hotel) or 8:00am-8:00pm (Downtown Hotel). Also, should you miss the half-day complimentary city tour on your arrival, you may join the mini city tour in the morning before going to the airport. Afterward, we will drop you off freely at Vancouver Airport, please arrange your departure flight after 14:30pm. You are able to take part in the offer of Buy 2 Get 2 Free if all four guests share the same room. The Buy 2 Get 2 Free means that the 3rd and 4th guest joins the tour for FREE (except applicable *admission fee) on a share room basis. Hotel rooms are typically designed and equipped for two travelers. They usually feature two double beds, which are meant to provide adequate comfort for two travelers. The 3rd person, 4th person or child must share with the 1st & 2nd travelers in the same room (2 double beds). Q: Hello, my friend and me plan to do the 4 day bus Tour to Antelope Canyon, Lake Powell etc. We want to end the tour in Las Vegas. Can we just make the whole tour and say, we want to stay in Las Veas after the last day there? Is there a special date that would be the latest to book? And do the Tours just start on Saturdays? 2014-02-25 01:20:28 Dear Melanie, You can definitely choose to end your tour in Vegas, and you only need to inform us of this on step 2 of the booking process in the tour information page by selecting the "self dismiss in LV" option when placing your order online. It is advisable to reserve your space on the tour as early as possible to ensure you get space on the tour for the departure date you wish to participate on. The tour currently only offers Saturday departures, and the tour groups usually do not go over 50 participants per departure.
