Q: Hi, 2 of us wanted to join this tour on the 29th April, but i need pre-tour accommodation for 1 night at the Red Roof Inn SFO. Can you arrange us and quote me how much is the price of the room with breakfast ? (Check in date : 28th April and check out 29th April). We wanted to book at this hotel because the pick up location for the tour is at this hotel. After the tour ends on the 30th evening, i have learned that we can request to be dropped off at the Red Roof Inn SFO hotel, can we request for a free shuttle service to send us off to the airport from the hotel ?? Or is there any charges for this shuttle service since we have already check out on the 29th April.

Q: Is there any restriction as to the number of luggage that we can bring along on the tour ? Our group is from Asia and we are allowed to check in 2 pieces of luggage (each max 50 lbs) on our flight to the US. Therefore, we would like you to confirm if there is any restriction or charges if each person carry 2 luggage onto the bus. Q: Hi, it is stated that "Flight information must be provided in order for the airport transfer services to be arranged. At our discretion, if flight information is not provided or provided last minute, your reservation will be noted as a self transfer and no airport transfer services will be arranged". For your information, we do not have any flight information to be given because we are having our company event in down town SF and we will be dropped off by the company bus to the airport where we plan to meet the tour guide at the Information Center of Terminal 2 and then transferred to the first overnight hotel.
