Dear Customer, The pick-up time depends on how many other pick-ups are scheduled and exactly where your hotel is located. Usually the pick-up time from Flagstaff is between 7:00-7:30am. Dear Customer, The tour will begin on the first day at 2:00pm at the Natural History Museum. We will provide you with your tour guide's information one day prior to your departure date. No activities or traveling will be scheduled for the first day, so you can fly in on the 17th, and we will arrange a transfer in for you from LAX to the hotel booked for the fist night.
