Q: Dear Andy, Thank you for your prompt reply. I need to ask you more questions. 1) since I do not need transfers to and from the airport, should I choose a different tour? Would it be cheaper for a similar tour without the airport transfers? 2) if I were to make my own way to the hotel, what time could I check into the hotel? 3) is the tour a fully guided one with a tour guide to point out and explain to us the places of interest ? They both do offer pick up in New York and New Jersey, although the locations for the New Jersey pick up is different. Super Value tour offers pick up in East Brunswick, NJ while the Budget tour offers pick up in Edison, NJ. Q: Hello, 1. We (2pax) will take tour code 2-628 from 09/13/2013 until 09/16/2013, according to Initerary we will stay at Holiday Inn La Mirada hotel. But we will early checkin on 09/12/2013, how about hotel extension fee at Holiday Inn La Mirada hotel ? 2. During traveling to Las Vegas, can we leave our luggage at the hotel until we come back on 09/16/2013. 3. Most meal stops will be at food courts or international buffets. The tour guide on the date of any particular departure date will advise the group to meet at a specific location and time. Typically you will be returning to your hotel at 9pm every night. Q: My husband and I are interested to book the 8 day new east coast deluxe package. However, we will be coming from Manhattan NY prior to the tour. Hence, we don't need airport pick up on the first day of the tour. 1)Given this how do we join the 1st day of the tour? I perused the Q&As and encountered similar questions and you mentioned meet the guide at Bowering New York. How do we go there from Manhattan? 2) Is there a discount in the price if we don't avail of the hotel pick up on the first day of the tour? 3) On the last day of the tour, where is the drop off point? If it's the airport, we still have a couple of days in NY so I would like to inquire where are the other options for the drop off point at the end of the tour? 4) Where in Manhattan or NY in general can we stay at a discounted rate for our remaining days in NY? Our price will remain the same because you are still getting picked up by us and taken to the first nights hotel. This tour concludes in New York where guests can schedule their flights to depart from a NYC area airport (EWR, JFK, or LGA) after 6:45 PM. If you want to end your tour at Chinatown (Manhattan), New York instead of airport, you need to make a comment when you make reservation so that we have enough time to prepare and arrange.
