Q: my wife and self are keen to join your tour (11-11477) 10 days (LA to LA) we will be coming down from Ghana (West Africa) If we decide to continue our stay for a few more days, will that be possible and also I believe that you have tours starting everyday no matter the number of people present. Also just want to know what weather should we expect around that time of the year. await your response.

2014-02-27 22:26:37 Dear Suzzie, Regretfully, we will not be able to guarantee that travelers will be in the same vehicle if they take very similar tours departing from different cities. We can try to arrange this, but during busy season, multiple departures are arranged with different busses going out each from Las Vegas or Los Angeles. Seats are assigned on a reservation basis in the order that the come in but the seats will be rotated daily when travelling each day. We are happy to inform you that the tour's May 2nd, 2014 departure is available, and you can place your order online following the reservation steps found on the upper right hand corner of the tour's information page. Q: We are supposed to be picked up at the Red Roof Inn SFO at 8am. Are we supposed to just wait at the hotel lobby or is there any sorts of announcement when the bus arrives so that we can be alerted ? Will the driver or the tour guide will find us if we are still in our room at the Red Roof Inn SFO ?
