Q: Hi, I am interested in joining this tour on sep 11 but was wondering can I join the tour late that day (and skip the NY day tour). Will the first night hotel be in New York and can we meet up that afternoon/night ? Will the 1st day tour in New York be interrupted in any way considering the date (1oth year anniversary of the sept 11 attack?) as I see in the itenery that ground zero is usually one of the places to go. Is there a tour still on for this date?

First night hotel will be located by EWR airport and you can call us one day prior to departure date to get tour guide’s name and contact number if you would like to schedule a separate meeting time and location on day one. We do not recommend that you join the tour after the designated tour departure time, as it becomes difficult to catch up to where the tour is moving onto.
Detailed tour itinerary is arranged by tour guide on tour date and this tour is still on for this date as no further notice has been given.

You can join the tour on july 23. This tour offeres airport transfers from the airport to the first night hotel.
Domestic US arrival transfers between 8:30am-10:30pm.
International arrival transfers between 8:30am - 9:30pm.
If you decide to take the tour the day after you arrive, and you need hotel extension we can provide information by clicking "Arriving early or Staying Late", or you can leave a note in the "Comment Section" while making the reservation.

The pick up location you chose for this tour is at 4:30pm at the Stratosphere Hotel 2000 Las Vegas Blvd., Las Vegas, NV 89109.
The pricing section on our website states that the tour cost of this tour includes: 2 night hotel accommodations (Stratosphere casino hotel) on the strip, meaning that the cost for hotel is already included in the tour cost. So you will not have to pay anything extra aside from what the tour cost excludes which is the: all personal expenses including hotel room service and meals.
